Everything we ordered tasted great and was in large portion, very friendly lady serving us!
Best momgolian beef hands down!
Disappointed at this place, ordered food, unable to eat it due to the extreme amount of salt, DoorDash wouldn’t refund me, my husband let the restaurant know and they said to deal with DoorDash…well this goes straight to the garbage can!!!! So so disappointed!!!!
Veryyyy good highly recommend them probably one of the best Chinese spot around San Mateo prices are very good
Great good!! Very nice staff.
Will be making this restaurant our new go to in our neighborhood.
It's difficult to find a really good Chinese restaurant. We decided to try this one out and it didn't make the mark. First, it looks beat up. The interior is dark, the menus books are worn and dirty and it all looks sad.
But that didn't mean the food wouldn't be good. However, it did not measure up.
We got Salt and Pepper Pork Chops and Beef Chow Fun. The portions were large. The meat in the Chow Fun was was chewy and the noodles lacked flavor. The chops had an okay flavor but they were all kinds of sizes, some with sharp bone pieces and there were little pieces of breading with no meat inside. The meal was filling but disappointing.
Wonderful customer service!!
Take out dinner was delicious. Orange chicken was very tender. Beef chow mein was equally tender. Broccoli was crisp and flavorful without drowning in sauce. Cantonese style, not greasy. Really enjoyed the food. We'll be back.
Great home style food. Will have to go back to try other dishes on their menu.
Kid-friendliness: It's a Chinese restaurant. Always kid friendly.

Casual place. Kids like the chow mien here
It's quiet and usually mostly empty so it's good to bring groups and kids. Parking is easy
TVs playing sports can hang out for a while

I love this local spot, but the last experience was embarrassing.
I convinced my mother it was great.
We ordered to go.
2 dishes and 2 fried rice combos and a soup.
Not a lunch plate.
$110.
But the fried rice had 2 pieces of chicken, no beef and no shrimp.
Things you don't realize until you get home.
Even there are a few customers. They still need to take over 25 minutes for two dishes. If you order pick up, they will put you at the last.

The tomato beef was awful. Swimming mess of food in a box. Took one bite and threw it away. The sweet and sour chicken was okay. Not great

This is a great local Chinese spot that is inexpensive, gives generous portions, and has a wide variety of northern and southern mainland Chinese cuisine (leaning toward Cantonese). My favorite dish here is their mushu - it has a delicious wok fried taste! I’ve also gotten wonton soup and a vegetable dish w/ mushroom dish that were great.
