Sandwich was done well. Service was ok, staff needs to be more attentive and not hand sandwich off to the wrong person or stranger. The store was lacking in seating, felt like you were sitting in a storage room because there was supplies stacked everywhere around you. On staff manager was nice, but could be better trained in customer service if they mess up.
Love having an Ike's nearby because their sandwiches are so good!! The portions are a good size - I usually only eat half and have the other half for my next meal, which makes it a bigger bang for your buck. My go-to is the Barry Bonds on Dutch crunch, but I recently tried the KF Chen, and it was also very good though I didn't get enough horseradish in it. People are good in there but general atmosphere and quality of sandwiches is bad.
