We got to the restaurant around 2:15 , they did not let us dine and they wanted us to place the order that too using their online menu. We requested them to let us dine in as we were visiting and the kid was hungry . They did not listen. Within 5 mins of placing the order we wanted to cancel but they said it’s all made which did not make sense . In reality these guys do not make anything fresh it was all premade . Food also tasted horrible. Super expensive for the kind of food. I am very disappointed and will not recommend anyone going here ...

Vegetarians and Vegans avoid this restaurant. First time they served chicken spring rolls instead of veg spring rolls showing no regrets. When I went second time my friend had a chicken piece in veg chili baby corn. When this was informed to manager his expression was like nothing happened and asked are you a vegetarian followed by saying thank god you are not a vegetarian this indicates they just dont care for the feeling of customers and how they operate their kitchen.

The food we got way wonderful. It has a typical Indian street food twist on Chinese food. The dry noodles or bhel are best eaten soon after the order is prepared else it might get soggy but most other foods are good later as well.

Food quality: 3/5Service: 1/5I want to be honest by expressing I had a very dishonest experience at Inchin’s. In a time of quarantine, it’s a big deal for a family to get outdoor seating at a restaurant. We called this restaurant 4 days in advance asking if they take outdoor dining. They said yes and not only to that they said no reservations required. The day my family arrived and well dressed, they said they only offer take out. What a horrible LIE they told us! I was so furious but only got their food because we had planned to try them but will never eat from them again because of their dishonesty. In terms of food, the hot and sour soup is terrible. It’s covered in starch and has a syrup texture. The other foods that are better though are the pepper beef broccoli, garlic pepper shrimp and Singaporean rice noodle. The honey chili chicken is way too starchy and thick. Overall is was just an okay food experience but not worth it if you are hoping to get an outdoor experience in San Mateo. There are other great Asian options in the area that will offer you outdoor seating.

This place is a loot ! Their internet listing shows fried rice to have 4 different veggies. When i ordered egg fried rice ( which is simply the above + egg added in any other chinese restaurant) ... they gave me plain rice with few shreds of egg here and there ... For freaking 15+$. No heads-up was given while ordering on phone that their internet listing isn’t accurate and egg fried rice = some egg & a lot of rice ! So i practically paid 5 times for a side of rice i would have gotten for 3$ or lesser in several places.I have a screenshot of their menu listing online and i have a picture of the dish i got. I’ll be contesting this charge with my credit card.Terrible manager- had no decency to follow up with me and resolve the issue. Bonus marks for the register employee today who patiently heard my grievance and even cared enough to call back and try to fix it. She clearly needs to teach her manager a thing or two about customer service !

I celebrated my PhD yesterday in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a astonishing evening and the venue was undoubtedly the reason for this successful evening. The waiters cooperated in a pleasant manner, the cuisine was great and my guests were so pleased. We shall absolutely come back again for more events. Thank you very much.

Due to covid19 they are operating reduced hours n are open only till 9.00pmWe reached at 8.50 but the woman who was to take orders, saw us but continued talking on phone. Finally spoke to us at 8.55 n straight away declined to take our order.Considering most restaurants are doing everything they can to stay afloat, Inchin has the audacity to turn away a paying customer.

Fantastic and flavorful food, I like the mood the spot has, and the workers were nice. Will surely visit here when I’m around.
