Restaurant says they close at 2:30, went in for lunch at 1pm and they said they couldn't seat my bf and I. There was a group of 5 eating and they said they couldn't seat us because they were busy.

Had ordered food last Saturday evening and food was pathetic. Vegetarian Munchow soup had raw onions in it which tasted bad. Rice, noodles and coins with gravy had no salt in it at all. Never returning back to this one.

We got to the restaurant around 2:15 , they did not let us dine and they wanted us to place the order that too using their online menu. We requested them to let us dine in as we were visiting and the kid was hungry . They did not listen. Within 5 mins of placing the order we wanted to cancel but they said it’s all made which did not make sense . In reality these guys do not make anything fresh it was all premade . Food also tasted horrible. Super expensive for the kind of food. I am very disappointed and will not recommend anyone going here ...

They had a $6 special for all items on their lunch menu so I had to give them a try. Very hard to find a decent meal at that price and even a fast food burger meal costs more than that! I was hoping for outdoor seating during pandemic times but that was not available but luckily there were no other customers in the restaurant the whole time we were dining so that was fine. The waitress was very nice and friendly and attentive. We ordered 1 dish each and another 1 each for takeout dinner. The food was decent but not worth the regular price but I would totally do it again for the $6 price. This was my first time dining here and I really liked the decor. It kind of reminded me of a PF Chiang. Here is what we ordered: Manchurian fish - sauce was ok and I liked the fish but I wish there was more fish Chicken butter masala - this was tasty with good sized pieces of chicken Mongolian beef - this was tasty and not too spicy Saag paneer - good sized pieces of paneer in a yummy sauce Each order came with an egg roll which was kind of bland and tasteless but at least it was not greasy. It also came with a choice of rice and we chose their chicken fried rice which we liked. It was not your typical oily fried rice but was drier and made with basmati rice. I would say the food here tastes ok and not too greasy. I don't feel guilty about my waistline after eating here. Not sure I would come back at full price but for $6 lunch specials it is an awesome deal!

Since I moved to the Bay Area, Inchin's has been my go-to restaurant for Indo-Chinese food. Although I have been to some of their other locations in the past, this was my first time at the San Mateo location. This location lived up to my high expectations. Everything we order came out great. Everything was cooked properly and well flavored. I would recommend it to anyone who likes Indian, Chinese or Asian-Fusion restaurants.

Vegetarians and Vegans avoid this restaurant. First time they served chicken spring rolls instead of veg spring rolls showing no regrets. When I went second time my friend had a chicken piece in veg chili baby corn. When this was informed to manager his expression was like nothing happened and asked are you a vegetarian followed by saying thank god you are not a vegetarian this indicates they just dont care for the feeling of customers and how they operate their kitchen.

The food is horrible and is served cold . I had ordered here during covid 19 and the packed food tasted almost like it was made a week back . Also , the Chinese BHEL was hard and chewy that it broke one of my tooth . Beware , while ordering for delivery , you don't know what you maybe compromising on !!!!

Ordered takeout from this place. The food was completely bland and lacked flavor. We needed to add our own seasoning in an attempt to fix the food, and even then it was horrible. One star is being generous.
