Terrible, drive thrubwas over and hour long wait just to order. Then was asked to pull around front and my food would be brought to me. 30 minutes later here comes my order but it was incomplete. So the cycle starts all.ovwr again but this time with cold as hell seasoned curly fry! đŸ«€

They give very bad service in this place, they were giving me my order and the workers of the place were fighting inside and shouting and they treated me with a very bad service, my parents did not want to give me even though they were on the receipt that I had to retrain Due to their mistake, if I'm honest, I don't recommend this restaurant.

Hit and miss. This is the night shift...morning shift had it right. Buttery crispy on both sides, the way it's been since the 90s. Why we loved and only ate at this Jack in the Box. Let's get it right, everytime. (Disappointing that 5 sourdough s we bought were like this.)

I asked for a potato wedges, they gave it to me and I ask for more cheese and they gave this spring rolls back wtfffffff!!!!!!!!!! The guy on the window was a young men, not very nice, not good customer service at alll im so disappointed!!!!!!!!

Came thru on 12/12 at 1:00am and the male drive thru worker picked his nose. In his defense, I don’t think he knew I had pulled up to the window yet. I could tell he was off guard because of the look in his eyes
baffling.

Stood at the front counter for 5 minutes and employees just kept walking by. When I finally flag an employee down, they just told me that they are busy with drive through orders and went back to the pick up windows.

There are 2 bathrooms, but they only allow 1 for the client to use, and they are also dirty and when I tried to go into the other one, she responded rudely, just because I spoke to her in Spanish, she told me that I couldn't use it and she was still looking at the fact that I was with a child. It's really bad. service or desire to buy anything gave me after that experience
