I've been to this location three or four times? It's located in the new outdoor section of the mall. Each time I've gone here, there is someone new working the register. Meaning I get a different experience each time. Usually they've gotten better over time. My first experience was negative because a lady cashier denied me the usage of a personal cup. Which was confusing for me, because the Belmont location has been supportive of the environment. Next time I went, there was someone else working, so I asked if I can use a personal cup and he said yes! Since then I've been allowed to do it. Yay!!!!!This is a small shop. You order, pick up your drink and leave. If you need to use a bathroom to wash your hands or other stuff, hit up Shake Shack around the corner. The drinks are always flavorful. I wait all year for the plant based pumpkin smash, my all time favorite Jamba drink. Happy fall everyone.

That worker Roselyn was very nice she guided me through the menu and recommended me one and now my favorite drink is the mango go go, she's pretty good at multi tasking, the store is kept clean and it's looks like a healthy environment

I have always been a Jamba fan and I even worked there back in high school for a short time (which feels like a million years ago). While I love their smoothies, I would never be inclined to write them a review.. until my most recent experience. I got really sick last week with a horrible stomach infection after traveling, and was unable to eat for days.. the pain was horrific. After I was seen by a doctor and started getting treatment I was incredibly dehydrated. I knew I needed to eat but nothing sounded good to me besides a smoothie. My mom (who was helping care for me) went to Jamba on 4th Avenue in San Mateo 2 days in a row to get me one. She would come back and tell me how kind and attentive the woman working there was.. my mom said "she just wants you to feel better!" As I looked at my cup with a little red heart drawn on it next to my name. Marisa was comforting me during my illness and she didn't even know it! When I finally felt well enough to leave the house I still only wanted smoothies to eat - so I went there myself. Getting to meet Marisa in person was an absolute joy! Not only is she incredibly thoughtful (as I watched her interact with each customer) but she truly cares about people and the company culture - you can absolutely feel that. She was friendly, interactive, kind and warm - not to mention the smoothies were delicious and comforting to my aching belly. I have gone into this particular store in the past and have been unimpressed - like I said I would never write a review about Jamba. But then again - who needs to be impressed when buying a smoothie? You will after you meet Marisa! I actually felt the difference between simply going into a store to buy something and actually having an experience where the person helping you makes you feel valued, seen, cared for and appreciated. She is an incredible asset to the company and I look forward to visiting her again. Thank you Marisa for helping me heal - body mind and soul!

Had a bad experience on Thursday 9/8/2022. We accidentally went in at 7:55am and the person working there rudely told us that they open in an hour; when they actually open at 8am on Thursdays. We went back at 8am to ask and he rolled his eyes and admitted that they were open. We ordered orange juice and he said he wasn't going to make that because the machine is crappy and he could make us only blended items. We'd started to go here almost every day but probably won't be going back if we see this person in there.
