It's Jamba Juice - the place was clean, smelled like fruit, the staff were friendly, the food was exactly as ordered and prepared properly. I'm sure someone at some point has had a bad experience in a Jamba Juice shop, but it's never been me. My only gripe is that I wish they cost a little less but the product is fresh fruit etc.

Last Sunday I went in for my daily strawberry banana smoothie I met a wonderful boy behind the counter who gave me immaculate customer service and was very kind. He had great humor and was overall professional. Best employee in the store. He had blue eyes and brown hair.

I came in last Sunday and was greeted by this muscular white boy working behind the counter. He was very kind and his eyes reflected a tint of blue. He made my drink swiftly and with a big smile on his face. His warm presence made me feel loved and made my entire day so much better. Thank you for making this a memorable experience for me. I hope I see him next time and he should be given a raise INSTANTLY!

The customer service at this Jamba location was awesome. Normally I don’t expect much when just going to grab a smoothie but I had my sister with me and neither of us wanted a full-size drink.. the person helping us order offered to split a large into 2 cups and just made everything super fast & easy. Nice large shop too, perfect for studying or a work lunch break!

Three people working but still not organized and couldn't answer my question. Never called out my name. After waiting almost 20 minutes, asked at counter and drink was in the refrigerator and quite melted. Disappointed since this location makes good smoothies.

The girl behind the counter was ultra rude and when I asked her about fresh fruits she looked like I was asking for trouble. Please next time a client asks you something don’t be a douch and if you have a fruit juice shop and you advertise as a health place to get ready for someone to ask for fresh fruits!!!!

Horrible customer service very arrogant and rude. Needed the restroom emergency style. Sales lady said we need to purchase no worries we are. Then proceeds to turn her back on us and finish. Wheat grass shots literally every smash of the grass almost put me in tears I needed the restroom so bad. Time management is definitely an opportunity here
