DO NOT COME HERE! Store manager Megan Kirby was disrespectful to my daughter, getting in her face and belittling my 10 year old for taking too long to order ... there was nobody else in the store and Megan was short tempered and got confrontational when I stepped in defend my daughter. The customer service was absolutely abhorrent and I wouldn't recommend anybody spend money here.

The staff at this Jamba are always ready to serve up a mean smoothie with a smile on the face and a positive attitude.

December 15th at 2pm. I ordered for my son a protein berry workout at the store. And when I gave it to my son 15 min later he told me that the drink was full of water!!! I ordered this drink hundred of times (not in this location though) and the texture was completely diffetent. It’s an expensive smoothie so I expect hight quality and not water of course. I will open an inquiry

Store lists that they open at 8:30. Placed a mobile order at 9:00 for pick up and when I got there at 9:15 they weren’t even open.

Kevin and Miles make great smoothies
I've had a number of bad experiences with this location, the most recent being I went in when the shop was empty to order an acai bowl and came back 15 minutes later, only to watch 3 customers who came after me all receive their orders while mine was nowhere to be found. When I asked where my order was, I was quickly brushed off without an apology or explanation and the workers started making the bowl on the spot.To put into perspective how problematic this location is, I've watched a mall security guard storm in and confront one of the workers about their attitude from the previous day. Please don't bother leaving a lukewarm apology in response to this, just figure out how to run your business properly.
It straight up smells like weed in this place. ?

The drinks are good there, I like it better than stonestown Jamba Juice. But I was feeling anxious and the staff was rude, like not saying thank you or anything after I was done, when they said that to all of the other customers. It really made me sad, but at least the smoothie was good. I tried to apologize but was ignored too. Please do something about this, I can’t confront but I think all customers should be treated equally. The staff in general just seem disinterested and it’s not a good experience.
I went in the morning and it wasn't busy. I was the only one there, which was nice. While they are missing some ingredients due to supply chain issues I found that the service was very pleasant. Toto, I believe was very kind and helpful in explaining the drinks and options. I got a matcha smoothie drink and it was good, refreshing and made quickly.
I don’t bother writing reviews but I am a regular at this location and have really had it with one of the employees. She clearly hates her job and makes it well known to the customers. Extremely unpleasant and frankly do not understand how someone like this could have even been hired into a customer service position. From now on I will be going elsewhere when I see her working.
These young girls messed up my order 3 times and not only that they were told there was an allegedly and they still put it. My friend had to unfortunately use her epilepsy pen. They don't know how to properly fill the drinks and on top of that they put more syrup then fruit. You're better off buying a crapis sun.
love the açaí bowls
