We came upon this really cute food truck for ice cream when we were down at the bay and the ice cream was really good! A little pricey, but so worth it. The lavender tea is strong and bold but still really good. and the rose pistachio is amazing! The ice creams are rich and creamy. The mini scoop is a little small compared to American standard. The great thing about it is that it wasn’t too sweet. The service was good. Definitely will return.

Interesting concept to center Icecream truck around tea flavored ice creams. They do it well but some flavors may be a little extra sugary.

a mobile ice cream trailer serving up small batches of unique flavors...a mini starting at $3...was thinking about getting a mini for the child, but realized it was basically 1 large spoonful of ice cream...taking the bubble cream for $7.50 since the child wanted boba in the ice cream...comes with a cookie waffler stick...choice of vanilla or chocolate waffler...for $7.50, even the regular size is quite small...while the ice cream looks to be of good quality and taste, the portions are just too small and prices are high...

For more than double the price of a tiny scoop the ice cream was just about average. The chocolate did not stand out and I couldn’t even tell that there was some tea in it.The sweet tea lemon sorbet was distinctively better hence the three stars. Priced too high!

Unique flavors! We tried them out at a food truck at the summer fest in Foster City. We tried a flight withRose pistachio, southern ice tea with lemon, chocolate smoke, and orange cardamom chai. All were good, but my fav was the rose pistachio.

Great creative flavors that are delicate and refreshing. Not overly sweet or rich but still smooth. Recommend the rose pistachio or earl grey if you're into the lighter flavors!

Decided to check out SF's new Presidio Tunnel Top park and noticed Jolly's. I'm a big fan of tea flavored ice cream and had to try it. Their truck was located on Mason St right by the children's Field Station on the Sunday I went. Their london fog was the best earl grey flavor ice cream I've had. I wish I had gotten a bigger scoop after! Not icey, super creamy, and had a strong bergamot flavor. I'll be on the lookout for Jolly's to try more flavors.

We stumbled across Jolly's food truck at the Presidio on a Saturday. We ordered a "flight" of four flavors: orange cardamom chai, Victorian fog, rose pistachio, and mulled apple cider sorbet. All of them were great. Some of us liked the sorbet because of the bright and refreshing flavor. I think I liked the Victorian fog the best (Earl Grey with lavender). The portions were small for the price but everything seems expensive nowadays. Also the line did take quite awhile to get through because there was only one person working in the truck, but that was not a huge deal. We'll definitely try their location in San Mateo!
