As a coffee lover, this place has been an epiphany to me. This is beyond 3rd wave coffee. New coffee processing methods sourced from far-flung roasters produce incredible flavors.

Super cute cafe with amazing drinks and food with hints of Asian influence. I ordered the black sesame latte and the ricotta yuzu toast. The toast was especially impressive in the way in brought together a variety of flavors. Everything about the interior was modern. cozy and picturesque and I had really enjoyed staying here and working on sketches.I do want to note that I arrived on a Friday around 2pm and the place was pretty packed and their pastries had already sold out. I would come back earlier next time for the croissants :)

Tried their coffee to see what is their specialty coffee with Ube taste like. For the price I paid I felt it wasn't worth it. It taste like regular coffee with color purple.

Stopped in for a hot chocolate and a London Fog. Really cute and trendy ambiance, but really expensive. Hot chocolate was over $6 for a regular size and they forgot the vanilla syrup for the Fog, making it a bit hazy (pun intended).

First time coming here and the experience was pretty good. The ambiance is pretty chill. We came around noon and it was fairly busy (honestly kinda surprised with how many people were there at the time), but that could also mean its just a dope place to begin with. Ordered a mango matcha and loved it! I loved the variety of drinks and pastries they offered too. The location (not just for Kaizen & Coffee, but any business along El Camino) kinda sucks because parking along El Camino in general just sucks. But this place is worth coming back to! Aside from that, for my first time I definitely loved this place!

Heard about this place for awhile but finally made it here. I don't really drink coffee but they have so many great options that are non coffee. I went with a friend who is a coffee enthusiast and told me that they used really high end coffee machines and coffee beans. Long story short, we got hot chocolate, matcha, cappuccino. The matcha and hot chocolate was not too sweet but made to a good perfection. The cappuccino was also delicious and they definitely are very good at their drinks. The croissants are delicious but I don't know if it's in house or from somewhere. Overall, the ambience here is aesthetically appealing and calming for a cafe. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly as well. Definitely give it a go when you are in the area.

It's been months since I hit this spot while visiting the city on buisness and I'm still thinking about that Mexican Mocha, it was so dang delicious. I went back every day of my trip, always right at opening, so service was quick and very friendly. I'd even book the same hotel I stayed at last time just to be walking distance to what might be my favorite coffee drink ever.

So first time trying: parking wasn't great since parallel to El Camino. Cute shop . Fully packed on a weekday around 11 am. Great vibe for people who want to sit and work on their computers. I got the Tahitian vanilla hot - 4/5. Was fine the first third of the cup but started feeling like a "cheap coffee" at the end. Also it was a very small cup of coffee for almost $8 Now the big thing that lost the stars was the avocado toast. I'm a big fan of avo toast and so I decided to give this a try, it was $17!!!! For a slice of bread, avocado , tomatoes and some vinaigrette !! I been to place that does $17 for FOUR TOASTS fully packed . If you want an egg - it's $2 more. And they literally hard boiled and egg and just placed it on the toast in the corner . I paid $26 for a piece of bread and 12 oz coffee
