The meat, beef short ribs and chicken lack flavor, chicken could have been cooked longer. The macaroni salad really lacked flavor. The rice was cooked properly. Very mediocre, I’ve had much better Hawaiian BBQ.

As L&L spots go, this one is not a well functioning one - some things are really off about it. Everything moves very slowly here and you get the vibes that you're the irritant. Place is short staffed or just short sighted - they will close for break during peak dinner hours, good luck showing up at 6 or 6:30PM and wonder what is going on (this 'break' of course, is not listed in their business hours).

This is probably the worst L&L I've ever been to. Ordered the usual bbq chicken and it was terrible. The meat was burnt and the portion size was laughable. When I picked up the order the box felt so light and when I opened it I knew why. Embarrassing that the cooks would serve an order like that. Will not be back again to this location

Don’t buy food from this l&l, you’re better off making the drive to the Millbrae one. This is the amount of food they give out now.
If I could leave negative stars I would. We asked for a restroom for our 5 year old but they don't let the public use their employee restroom. I asked the person at the counter where was the closest one, she turned to her manager to see if they could let us use the restroom and immediately "Aileen" the manager started screaming that she knows the law and they did not have to provide a restroom for customers, when I said that was a horrible way of answering to us, she said we didn't know their reasons.I took my son to the restaurant next door and when we came back she kicked us out of the restaurant.I know it's fast food, but the service and attitude of the manager is truly horrible.Definitely will never be coming back to this place

L & L has amazing food their barbecue is delicious. The burgers are very good basically everything on the menu I've tried is amazing!!! However their customer service sucks. It makes me not even want to go there any longer because customer service is horrible. Not only do they close so early!! Its ridiculous you close at 8 o'clock but when you try to do a pickup order at 7:15 pm and all the phone does is ring then go straight to a voicemail. Then when I try Uber eats it says you can order until 7:30 PM and I try to order at 7:10 and it says unavailable is frustrating. So the foods amazing customer service needs a lot of help and they need to be consistent with their hours.

Tried to get food at 5:45pm on a Monday and was told it was closed despite the business hour sign and neon sign saying otherwise.It wasn’t like this on past visits, hence the 2 stars.
