The portions were good, but the flavor was missing. Needs seasoning because it tasted really bland. Lots of cheese, but it over powered the missing seasoning and flavor. They also charge ~7% more (maybe 12%..it was something like $51 for cash and $58 for cc) if you want to use a credit card, which I believe is illegal...

Our company hired them for a couple of events this week, one was for 50 people and the other event went from 50 to 150 people and I only gave her 1 days notice and they were extremely accommodating and everyone loved the food. Lots of compliments. We will definitely hire them for more of our events.

We had Lilo's Kitchen come and cater the welcome dinner for our Dec '22 wedding. They were great to work with! Affordable, timely, and kind. We ordered 80 servings and peopled LOVED the food. I had friends/family who got seconds and even thirds because they thought it was so delicious! I still have guests telling me how much they loved the dinner provided by Lilo's! I would have Lilo's cater an event of mine again in a heartbeat.

Visited them when the truck opened for the day and they were great. Food came quick, the packaging was nice and clean, and the taste was good. 15 dollars for 4 tacos, consommé and hot sauce is a good deal around here compared to other birria places.
