Stopped at the restaurant on a Sunday night.
It was very quiet and romantic.

One of the best lava cakes I've ever had!

Great restaurant, old school. Food was good as always but the waitress must have been new. Had to get her attention a few times. Overall, great place!
We had a family reception here after a funeral & the staff could not have been nicer or kinder. They went above & beyond & the food was delicious.

We always enjoy Luceti's on 25th, it's a family fav for week night meals for any pasta dish, veal, fish, the Calamari Steak Meuniere is wonderful, or on many special occassions in the rear private room. The staff is always friendly and accomodating.
Great food great service! Our waiter gave us undivided attention and updated with all availability for our group of four.
Wonderful evening at this neighborhood gem. Stacy was delightful and gave us great service. Fillet of sole delicious along with tasty mashed potatoes. Chicken Parmesan also great, tender and moist. Can't wait to go back!
We ordered food through Door Dash. Food was fair at best. Salads were ok. Main entrees of Veal Parm, spagetti with sauce and lasagna were fair. Did not like the bread pudding because it was not what I expected. Not really their fault. I had ordered rigatoni with red sauce and got spagetti with red sauce. This may not seem like a big deal, but this was for my mother-in-law who has parkinson's and cannot swallow spagetti but can swallow rigatoni. I also personally called the restaurant after I placed the order to tell them I needed plasticware since were in a hotel and they said no problem. They did not send silverware. I would not recommend this restaurant. The only good thing was Doordash refunded my money for the spagetti. Good job. Doordash

GREAT food, drink, and service. Love the Prime Rib special, how well it is done and generous serving. If you enjoy "old SF style" dining, make it a point to go and enjoy.
Always an amazing local restaurant for business lunches. Food quality has remained high for over 10 years.

It is a local extended neighborhood place to get a quality meal with friendly service people with a chef who doesn't wreck seafood.
Had a casual dinner at a favorite in San Mateo. Drinks were topped off and not 1/2 full. Menu was traditional Italian and prices were reasonable for today. Large ribeye wa $44, for example. Made dinner a real value.
I visit her on occasion, and I can not recall when i have ever heard the noise so loud. had to apologize to my guests. Also, there was certainly not adequate wait staff. happily the Food not disapoint
I like Lucita the food is excellent, but the service is not quite as exciting very slow. we had to ask for a fork and knife. It took a while to come ‘so I reach the other table and grab a knife and fork. The server also did not bring the balsamic olive oil and bread at the beginning’ we did ask for another bottle of wine. We wait over over 10 minutes he didn’t come so we had to ask another server For it ,The restaurant was not that busy. Some server was doing nothing. Only talking to each other.

started with spinach salad, which was just ok, seemed like it was made and then sat for awhile and was soggy. I have had the chicken Jerusalem before here and it was very good, this time I think they forgot to follow recipe, very bland. I will go back, but it will be awhile
