We got the mochi saved ice and it was huge! We didn't expect the medium to be so big haha. The ice cream on top was a bit hard to eat without making a mess, but overall it was really good. Towards the middle though, it was just ice. Maybe we didn't mix it well enough but considering the shape, it was pretty hard to mix anything. Overall really good tho! A nice dessert after dinner

Manager needs to hire more staff.. and a ticket counter. We waited for our order for one hour total. Thinking of opening a Taiwanese dessert shop across the street since the demand is there and Meet Fresh management cannot deliver.

they need more self-order kiosks because there’s only 1 and people will take literally 5 hours ordering!!! i have patience, but this big family of 10 people literally hogged the self-order kiosk to the point there was a long line forming outside

Over the years the quality has definitely gone down. Today we ordered the Hot Red Bean Signature bowl. It was mostly soup base with few actual bits and bobs in it, despite paying for extras in it.Additionally, the soup base is very watery and lacks depth of flavor.Definitely will be skipping this place in the future.If you look at my photo, I had to search for stuff and lift it up with my spoon to be able to photograph it.

We had their strawberry shaved ice. It is quite heavenly and refreshing. However, I wish they served a small (only comes in medium and large) as it's a lot to eat.The place was super clean and well designed interior. I would go again.

Very disappointing visit today. We probably got ONE whole strawberry on our $15 shaved iced. Taste was standard, but this is just wrong. How could they serve this? The tofu in the tofu fa was good, but no sweetness whatsoever. Purple rice was ok. Good portion.

Why?! Why?! Why!? does it take so dang long to get a bowl of tofu hua, shaved ice with boba or any drinks? Seriously. C'mon people. You're not cooking a gourmet meal here. But there's basically no where else to go for Taiwanese desserts so we have to put up with this slow ass service. Now I just try to order ahead (25min+) and pick up so I don't have to stand around and wait. They have 1 ordering kiosk and if you're unlucky and come at a peak time, good luck. Anticipate to wait in line for awhile. This should be an in/out experience, but it just isn't. The shop is sparsely staffed. 2 people in the front..and maybe 3 tops in the back? Done complaining, but they still have my business cuz it's still pretty tasty. (and pricey)

Here on Sunday afternoon, it’s not very crowded but the store is run poorly. AC or fan is not on so it feels very suffocated. The worst part is the slow staff, everybody waits over 40 minutes before they get their ordering, people anxiously check the counter but the staff shows no sign of urgency or even care. Meet Fresh is generally fine but please avoid this specific store.

The last two times we got coconut sago, both times the order was missing items. The other day, we got the signature coconut sago and it was missing potaro balls. While I was waiting, another customer came up to the staff to tell their order was missing items too. This time the coconut sago soup is missing sago and had less potaro balls than it should. Both times it was the same female employee that gave our order, I wonder if she made them. The male staff quickly resolved the issues. If I got this togo, I'd be upset to find out and there's no way I'd go back for the missing stuff..

My friend and I got the almond soup dessert. The stuff in the soup sink down and you can't tell which one is which. Although the almond soup taste pretty good and the milk tea pretty good. I just didn't like much about the stuff inside the almond soup. The dessert came out pretty late as well. No servers you have to pick up your food and drop off the tray after you're done with your food.
