Very disorganized service. After placing an order, no one pays attention — you just wait without updates. Same problem with online pickups. I waited 40 minutes and left without my food. I don’t want to come back.

I’m a big fan of this Mendocino Farms bc the staff is so friendly and helpful! I usually go for the Avocado Ensalada, with added chicken and I swap the recommended Chipotle dressing with Caesar.

Decent food, terrible service. Ordered a pick up sandwich, came here 5 min after order ready time and there was nothing. Nobody available to help either, the only person available was the cashier who told me to wait and kept taking orders. After 5 min someone finally came and took a look and said “order was probably lost”. Got my sando 5 more minutes later.

They gave away my salad order to another customer who ordered after me. Then, I had to wait until all the other people who ordered after me received their orders before they prepared mine, which was prepared incorrectly.

Along the lines of what you’d find at Mollie Stones but with unjustifiable high prices. For $17 they give you a turkey sandwich that’s on a small square ciabatta roll from Costco; not even remotely as big as what you’d get at Mollie’s or Whole Foods for that matter. Service is good but the food is underwhelming.
Ordered the Mama Chen Chinese Chicken Salad but no chicken... Remember to check your orders when you pick them up.

Food and services has declined so much over the years. Ordered chicken sandwiches and soup, everything is extremely salty. I also had the worst pick up experience ever, I waited for 40 mins for a promised 20mins pickup. It’s understandable that the time was just estimation, but during the time I waited there all the staff are extremely unprofessional and ignorant. I asked 4 people about my order status, everyone just brush it off and never really followed through and checked where my order is. The funny part is that orders behind me got ready much sooner and no one care to give a honest explanation when asked.
