Along the lines of what you’d find at Mollie Stones but with unjustifiable high prices. For $17 they give you a turkey sandwich that’s on a small square ciabatta roll from Costco; not even remotely as big as what you’d get at Mollie’s or Whole Foods for that matter. Service is good but the food is underwhelming.
Ordered the Mama Chen Chinese Chicken Salad but no chicken... Remember to check your orders when you pick them up.
Had a great experience here I know it’s a chain but good quality healthy consistent food at a reasonable price and super friendly service.
Food and services has declined so much over the years. Ordered chicken sandwiches and soup, everything is extremely salty. I also had the worst pick up experience ever, I waited for 40 mins for a promised 20mins pickup. It’s understandable that the time was just estimation, but during the time I waited there all the staff are extremely unprofessional and ignorant. I asked 4 people about my order status, everyone just brush it off and never really followed through and checked where my order is. The funny part is that orders behind me got ready much sooner and no one care to give a honest explanation when asked.
waited over 2.5 hours for an order they told me would be ready in 40 minutes. Lots of attitude from employees.
Decent but I hate the added, fatty crunchies
They do a very good job with their salads! Never had a bad order! They do get very busy tho during lunch time and it can be a bit of a wait for your food

Okay so the service is excellent! Gabrielle was very helpful and knowledgeable on the menu. We had the avocado quinoa salad and the chicken sandwich spicy one. It was okay. The salad was a little different Grinding crunchy quinoa which for 35 and up freaks you out because it feels like a tooth broke! If you have allergies it might be hard to pick through food as my man is allergic to corn and onion and it was all over the food. The juice is awesome but lemonade was too sweet! They should fix by the juice because it was a mess of dirty towels. Overall I give this place a 4 because it’s a great concept with good service but needs to clean up a little. Would I come here again??? Maybe if someone wanted it. So it’s not a no. Kiddos to awesome employees.

It's a chain, though not a big one, so don't expect much of an atmosphere, but the couple times I've been here (for takeout) the sandwiches and salads have been some of the best we've had. The cost is a tad higher for a salad & sandwich shop, but the tastes (which are a higher quality ingredients) make it reasonable.

Packed on a weekday lunch due to an event at the San Mateo Event Center. The salad was fresh. The green juice reminded me of Joe and the Juice. Healthy option is always a winner!

They have a great healthy menu that all seems very enticing. Got the chimichurri steak sandwich, it was decent but didn’t get too much of the chimichurri flavor. Their summer peach goat cheese salad looks great though so would like to try it next. They have some decent seating and I was able to work there for a bit.

I think I just at a lunch without carbs, and it tasted good!
Not quite true, however, quinoa was in that salad, and the lemonade must have had some sugar, and that's a carb. But I feel good. Not overstuffed. Not adding to my poundage. And the service was astoundingly friendly and accomodating. Innovative salads were like $15-17, and more than a meal (but I'm old). The only drawback is that eating indoors is loud with lots of reflective surfaces - then again, part of the strategy is to drive turnover in seating. And there were 13-15 staff members bustling around behind that counter and all over. This place must do a TON of catering and lunches for nearby companies. Tasty, healthy food that won't get your hands (and keyboard) greasy. We'll be back.
Parking: Park underground and walk up the stairs, turn right, you're there. Lot and street parking will all be fully

I ordered Turkey sandwich couple of months ago and it completely ruined my gut that day and had to hit the restroom couple of times. I never felt this way eating anywhere around here in bay area.
The quality of food has gone down significantly. There was a time where the quality used to be good at Mendocino farms.
