Very cute sandwich shop! They have a pretty good menu filled with tasty looking and sounding options.I had the limited edition November to Remember sandwich and it was pretty good. I really enjoyed the cranberry bread.As for their house made drinks, I'd really recommend the Rose Lemonade, it's very "rosy" with a great scent and rose taste. Best lemonade I've had in a while.

10/1/2023, 720pm, I placed order to go inside the restaurant. My carry out order unknowing sat on counter for quite a while before my name was called. When I got home, none of my chips were in the bag, ($9 loss). I submitted an inquiry on line for a refund with no acknowledgment or response. The lack of customer service was the most disappointing.10/3/2023 A representative from Mendocino farms reached out to me sharing they would follow up with staff to ensure orders are complete. I was delighted to hear Customer service Excellence was important to them as it is to me and I appreciated their coaching to strive for best in class. I would definitely go out of my way to try Mendocino Farms again in the future.Parking: Parking was doable with patience

The Mendocino Farms app quietly adds a 15% tip during the last step of the checkout process for pickup orders.You can remove it, but who includes a default 15% tip for takeout orders? This is out of control. It’s madness.And they didn’t even get the order right.EDIT: No, I’m not going to email you. I’ve already said how you can make it right: stop adding an automatic 15% tip on pickup orders placed through the app.

It's spacious, well-lit, and adorned with charming decor that creates a cozy and welcoming environment. However, we decided to sit outside and make use of some daylight while we enjoyed our meal.The staff at Mendocino Farms were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They happily accommodated my dietary preferences and made helpful recommendations (around a veggie salad that i was looking for). This level of service truly enhanced the overall dining experience.Mendocino Farms takes pride in using high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients, and it shows in every bite. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from artisan sandwiches and hearty salads to creative sides and gourmet beverages. We ordered the Avocado and Quinoa Salad along with Peruvian Steak, Pink beats and Goat Salad and last but not the least, a BYO (Build your own) Chicken Salad with mixed greens. I had the Quinoa salad and it definitely tasted divine. Everybody around the table had similar reviews for their orders and loved every bite of their meal. The portions were generous, and every ingredient was fresh and flavorful.Mendocino Farms definitely has the quality and portion sizes justify the prices. It's an excellent choice for a special meal or when you're craving something a bit more upscale.All in all , the combination of exceptional food, top-notch service, and a charming atmosphere makes it an outstanding dining destination. Solid healthy option! ☺️ really like their quinoa salad with avocado and tomatoes.I'd recommend it without dressing as smashing the avocado and adding a little bit of oil would do the trick and keep it "heavy-thick-sauce" free

I feel at odds giving them a 3 star, but the portions of the meat are skimpy on their Bahn mi sandwich. It's pretty good & it would be incredible if they didn't overload onion and carrot to cover that their portion control is less than 6 oz of meat for an entire sandwich. Just doesn't sit right for $15. Since they are being stingy with their portions I'll be stingy with my stars

Went back home with the food to find out my dietary restriction was ignored. Now I am $15 poorer and still hungry. 2 stars and not 1 because the sandwich looks really good.
