They are actually open after the listed closing time but they move the truck and park near the Safeway at Delaware and Peninsula instead. They're usually there from like 6PM to 9PM I thinkThe menu only lists res, chivo, and pollo as options but they also do all the other regular taqueria meats as wellGreat food, the super burritos and super quesadillas are unbelievably gigantic 5/5
Chivo (goat) and Res (beef) are some of the offerings here. Had two quesa birria chivo tacos and a regular chivo burrito. My first time to ever have chivo up here in Norcal, seems to be much more common in Socal. I really enjoy the fact that every establishment has a slightly different take on a each dish. I was very pleased with the ordered dishes, ended up smelling like goat the rest of the night. One note, the burrito was to my liking since it was loaded with much rice and beans cooked to perfection.
