First off I love mountain mikes pizza! I dropped in 15min before closing and Deepak was so willing to accommodate us. Thank you so much for serving us, most restaurants would probably turn you away due to the time, but he welcomed us with open arms! Appreciate the great customer service Deepak, and making sure we didn’t feel like a inconvenience!

We came in when they are about to close and Deepak welcomed us with such a positive attitude. I know how it’s like when you’re closing and people order late but we were really hungry and he really took great care of us. I love when workers love what they do and it such shows!! This guy deserves a recognition.Parking: There’s a lot of street parking and there’s parking garages around.
Best pizza in the area, customer service was exceptional. I’m pretty critical but the vibe and food was so worth it. Tuesday is 40% pizzas too, can’t beat it.Kid-friendliness: They are so polite and welcoming, engaged humor with us. Just a wonderful experience.

I called at 11pm asking when the closed, they said 11:45 so i walk there and get there at 11:25 and they say they can’t make another order.. after wasting my time walking there and I called ahead of time.

Ordered a large pepperoni with Italian sausage. Pizza was about average to above average for the area in the upper $20s. The pizza was covered with pepperoni in every bite. Taste was decent. I ordered for take out and when I went to pickup they provided all I needed. Store was nice with plenty of seating and arcade area. I see there is a buffet at a decent price for all you can eat. Overall it's good for a chain!

Great Service. I ordered the wrong pizza online and they were able to rectify the problem by providing me with my correct intentional order and even provided me with the initial order free of charge!
Not having the best night so I decided to stop by for some pizza and Deepak's customer service was better than I was expecting and his friendliness made my night a little better, the food is delicious as always since mountain Mike's never disappoints. The setting of the restaurant is casual and definitely feels like a nice place to stop by with a friend or group and they have lots of promotions so definitely worth a check out.

My boyfriend and I love getting our pizza delivered from here. I always get the pineapple chicken luau. It's topped with chicken bacon pineapple and has bbq sauce.

The food is absolutely terrible. I attended a Valentine's Day dance at my school and we ordered mountain mikes. The pineapple was spoiled and I got food poisoning after the dance and threw up. Stay away from this location.

The workers here are great and really nice. We came by after they closed (probably 1:30am, I was too tipsy to remember) because we were trying to sober up and get something to snack on and drink some water. They very well could have told us they were closed and to go away but they let us sit inside for a few minutes to sip our waters and chatted with us.Them treating us this nicely at the end of their day and shift when they probably want to clean up and go home says something about them as kind and compassionate people. The next time I'm in downtown San Mateo, I'll definitely give them some business to pay back their kindness.
