If I could rate the service lower than one I would. We purchased a dozen bagels and 3 cream cheese containers last Saturday for a brunch we were having later that morning. After putting out the items guests complained that the cream cheese seemed frozen and curdled. We had only opened 2 of the 3 cream cheeses but no one ate the bagels as the cream cheese was bad! I returned with the cream cheese and bagels Monday morning but the manager (George) would not refund the purchase and instead told me I could get 3 other cream cheeses. Not only was he rude and argumentative, he would not refund the order! The brunch with several guests was Saturday…today is Monday! I can’t eat any of these things now. Brunch was ruined, manager was rude and dismissive. Horrible service from a ‘manager’!

Angie is one of the friendliest people I’ve met- Always has a great attitude and a smile on her face! Even when busy and the line is out the door, she and the other staff are efficient, friendly and send us on our way with a smile!!

I waited 15 full minutes for a single bagel. During that time, multiple customers came and went, including the person right before me who ordered six bagels, received them immediately, and walked out. No one ever called my name or gave any indication my order was ready. When I finally asked where my bagel was, they just handed it to me — completely ice cold, clearly sitting there for a while. For a quick, simple order like one bagel, this level of delay and total lack of communication is unacceptable. It felt like the staff either forgot about the order entirely or didn’t care enough to let me know it was sitting there getting cold. I won’t be returning. 1 *
