This bar allows dogs and does not take any responsibility for their behavior or aggression. After asking a dog owner to pet their dog, who was letting it freely walk around the bar, it lashed out and tried to bite me. Neither the owner or the bar tender took any responsibility for this behavior. Will not be going back and advise others not to attend until they change their policy.

MICHELLE the bartender is not professional AT ALL AND EXTREMELY RUDE/AGGRESSIVE. She was drinking on the job. Which i was very shocked to see. She didn't even acknowledge us sitting there and continued to ignore us. She then tells us we have to leave when me and my friend were having a conversation, assuming we were talking about her when it had COMPLETELY NOTHING TO DO WITH HER. I MEAN I GUESS IF THE SHOE FITS RIGHT?! We were NOT being loud, aggressive or threatening her. Just simply having a conversation between 2 friends. There was no reason to kick us out just for having a conversation between the two of us. I am appalled at the customer service there. She is not good for business at all and honestly will probably bring that bar down. Her attitude from getgo was negative vibes. Maybe she's going thru some personal stuff but that's no reason to treat ur customers like that. I am shocked and I hope something will be done. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS AT ALL! NOW I KNOW WHAT EVERYONE MEANS WHEN SHE RUNS PEOPLE OUT OF THE ONIELS. A LOT OF PEOPLE STOPPED GOING THERE BECAUSE OF HER. SHE WILL BE THE DOWNFALL OF THAT BUSINESS. The bartenders are professional and fast, but the old karaoke man was very rude to me so I will never return. I do not tolerate disrespect. Especially because I was polite to him. One bad experience can be enough to lose a customer forever. One lost customer, can result in many lost customers. I wish people would remember this when they are at their JOB.
