Toxic Army La Wolf

The strongest racism I have ever experienced was in this place. I arrived asking if she spoke Spanish and the lady told me that she didn't speak Spanish. No matter how much I spoke to her in English, she interrupted me saying "I don't speak Spanish." She spent 10 minutes interrupting me and serving other people and she didn't want to serve me until I spoke to her with sign language. Believe me, it's not worth coming here, they make you feel humiliated.

And yes, I write this in English only for you ?

Horrible service and bad management. Most places give you a sample for new items I asked for one to sample the spicy orange chicken and the manager said we don't do that. I said fine. I asked for a soda low ice when I paid. When I finished my soda I noticed the ice was 3/4 of the way in the cup. I went back and asked for Just a bit more to finish my meal she said we charge for refills. I explained I asked for low ice and showed her the cup. They proceeded to be rude. I just left the cup and walked away. Very rude people.

Not very friendly atmosphere. Once done with meal had leftover food which I wanted to take home in separate container. Asked Wen assocaite for one but he said he cannot give me one for “free” so I asked to pay a fee and he said I would basically have to buy a whole meal plate $10+. Not sure why Panda Express doesn’t offer to give or pay a fee for a container to take home. Do you not make enough to spare an empty container ?

Service here is horrible. Joyce is rude and dismissive. I work downstairs and she other then the fact I'm in uniform and have a key on my arm. I have to prove I work in the mall..

Joyce is a very unpleasant person, she always tries to intimidate you, there are two occasions when she gives me the wrong food, she gets very upset and throws the food back if you try to correct her, on the last occasion I asked her for chicken and she was giving me rice and the lady who came next to me told her that even she had heard that I said chicken and not rice, in conclusion no one can tell her anything, nor help with customer service!

What happened to Panda Express? the quality of the food has dropped a lot, the food has no any taste anymore, the service is terrible, they are forgetting everything, they don't offer forks, sauces, napkins, and there is no communication between them, when one of the flavors of the soft drinks runs out, they don't even know and They serve carbonated water as if it were soda. The teriaky chicken was really bad “without teriaky” because they always forget the teriaky sauce.
I have a lot of things to complain about about this place, I don't recommend it to anyone, and I will never eat here again

I think I figured out how it works at Panda. The black polo shirt employees serving are usually the supervisors. The supervisor guy here likes to fluff up the chow mein and rice in the plates to make it look like you’re getting a lot but he’s really being stingy. Seriously dude one scoop of fried rice? The rest of the employees give your moneys worth. If it weren’t for the orange chicken I’d give it zero stars.

This branch is little weird, they have a personal called An , he is killing the other personals efforts when he treat customers with weird way ( you have to repeat yourself many times to get understood ) and the way he talks is really weird, he is an awkward guy and he stick to the cashier spot , dude leave it and go away , otherwise others are just fine . Food is not bad
