First time eating at this place. I had to repeat 4 times of what I wanted. She had to ask how to serve it. The manager next to her. Probably a trainee. The manager was folding boxes getting ready to put food in the boxes. She dropped one on the floor, picked it up ( right in front of me) and placed it back on the food counter! Big no no! Now there’s contamination both on the box and counter. Too bad I didn’t have my cam on. Not going there again.

Tried this location using online ordering, regretted it. They really arent set up well to do those. Seems poorly managed.

We ordered plate with two entires and the servant filled it with two parts of chicken and a little of broccoli and beef :-( Will remeber it for the future, do not use this panda, order in other place. Usually panda express is very good. But not here..
The staff here are extremely rude. I ask for extra napkins and she responded with there is one in your try. I said I am asking for extra napkins. She was acting like she is paying out of her own pocket. Customer service is horrible here. Never again will I come to this location. I should have know by the bad reviews.
Went through the line and they only take „tap” credit cards. I like to use my debit card to pay and could not here. So one star for you. Food isn’t that good anyway but to not accept debit is ridiculous

We went here for lunch on a weekday. It was not crowded and food was fresh. Service was great and the location inside the mall was well maintained

The strongest racism I have ever experienced was in this place. I arrived asking if she spoke Spanish and the lady told me that she didn't speak Spanish. No matter how much I spoke to her in English, she interrupted me saying "I don't speak Spanish." She spent 10 minutes interrupting me and serving other people and she didn't want to serve me until I spoke to her with sign language. Believe me, it's not worth coming here, they make you feel humiliated.

Horrible service and bad management. Most places give you a sample for new items I asked for one to sample the spicy orange chicken and the manager said we don't do that. I said fine. I asked for a soda low ice when I paid. When I finished my soda I noticed the ice was 3/4 of the way in the cup. I went back and asked for Just a bit more to finish my meal she said we charge for refills. I explained I asked for low ice and showed her the cup. They proceeded to be rude. I just left the cup and walked away. Very rude people.
Not very friendly atmosphere. Once done with meal had leftover food which I wanted to take home in separate container. Asked Wen assocaite for one but he said he cannot give me one for “free” so I asked to pay a fee and he said I would basically have to buy a whole meal plate $10+. Not sure why Panda Express doesn’t offer to give or pay a fee for a container to take home. Do you not make enough to spare an empty container ?
Service here is horrible. Joyce is rude and dismissive. I work downstairs and she other then the fact I'm in uniform and have a key on my arm. I have to prove I work in the mall..
