I will only be able to Rate & Review my experience at this Papa John's based on the X (-10 visits since Jan. 2023) amount of times I've walked in here to pick up a Delivery (DrDash & UberEats) .I will def say that they have always been Quick & Complete every order they've handed to me without any regrets.I have seen a huge improvement on the Customer Service aspect of the establishment ever since Jan.2023 by NOWADAYS getting greeted w/an inviting smile...

We ordered Large The Works. What happened th o the Pizza Sauce? It's too SWEET, YUK. This is not the Pizza Sauce I come to know Papa John . Pizza Sauce is Pizza Sauce, NOT SWEET and Sour SAUCE..Even the BBQ Chicken Wings was SO SWEET, we had to rinse away the BBQ SAUCE to eat the Wings.We called the Papa John at 43rd, the guy that answered didnt even give us time of day to make up.for our previously favourite PAPS John's PIZZA. This place is great! We have been ordering from here for awhile now and couldn't be happier. We recently had a miss communication on our last order (completely my fault) and they were kind enough to fix it for me! That's customer service!! Thanks again for the great pizzas!
