Great italian chef who makes housemade charcuterie to die for! Enjoyed the razor clams with black garlic and fennel. I wish I could have tried every pasta dish based on how flavorful everything else was!
Great food and excellent service like five stars ⭐️ ! Prices are on the higher end but worth it for excellent food 😁
We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Pausa with friends who arrived from the East Coast. Our table was mid restaurant and thus perhaps noisier than an outside seating, but we fearer getting cold and we planned to linger. We all had different pastas. My risotto was just super with the crispy artichoke bits a wonderful addition. Comments from all similarly happy and plates all cleaned. Our shared romaine salad had a surprise of a small stone fragment. Fortunately my husband got the piece and did not break a tooth on it. It looked like a pottery fragment but was not from the pottery holding the dish. I was surprised that no compensation for this faux pas and no chef out to apologize transpired though our waiter was directly informed. This definitely was below Michelin expectations. We pointed this out to the waiter who was appropriately apologetic. He (David) was an excellent, attentive and well informed waiter! The tiramisu was very tasty and definitely different than usual. We found the sponge slightly drier which was their goal with the crunchy hazelnut layer. The conversation was flowing steadily and I would be happy to return in future.
Great food. David was very helpful with his information and suggestions. Ambiance always a plus!
Really enjoyed the charcuterie trays. All their food is made inhouse. The salamis, pasta, pizza dough, etc. Excellent food and service.
The food is all made in house. The deli meats and cheeses are delicious. The waitress was informative and efficient. The wait staff was very attentive to remove the used dishes and cutlery,
Perfect food, perfect service.
Modern Italian with house-cured charcuterie and seasonal menu. Food is consistently good. A place to take guests from out of town to for a nice meal that will not break your bank.

The restaurant is beautiful and the service was fantastic, but the food and cocktails don’t really live up to the expectation based on that

Went for the food and it did not disappoint. Loved the margherita pizza! Well done on nailing that down. ordered the wagyu beef tartare and loved it too.
Ordered few other dishes and they were good as well. Ordered some truffle potatoes and felt that they were not crispy , bit too soft . Over definitely recommend for a Friendly informal fine dine place.

Awesome steak tartar appetizer, delicious wine pairing. The pork shank was incredibly tender and delicious as was the canelloni. Don't forget the Afo Gatto for dessert. Worth every penny.

Came here with a party of 3 for dinner to celebrate a birthday.
Lets start with the highlights:
The Butchers board had a good selection, and the pickles and meats were excellent.
The hen of the woods side was perfectly cooked, and properly seasoned - would recommend.
The affogato was probably the best I've ever had, definitely get this if you're a fan of coffee ice cream - just skip the almond cookies, they stick to your teeth and cling for dear life.
However, the rest of the dishes were a major letdown - most were overly salty, and flavor profiles were imbalanced.
The bone marrow was small. The pizza crust was burnt yet entirely too wet from the toppings. The risotto was far too salty.
The bad dishes were more than enough to offset the pluses on the good ones and make the overall food experience exceedingly mid, especially given the price point of the dishes.
Lastly, the service was great (except when the server forgot the dessert spoons), and the decor and vibes were good.
