I love Peets Coffee. I understand that it is corporately owned but it doesn’t feel like it is. I almost always feel a personal touch as well. I always get the latte, which they have down to a science. ??

I tried an iced caramel macchiato with oat milk, and it tasted good. It's a nice alternative to Starbucks. The place is spacious, offering plenty of tables if you'd like to spend time reading or doing other activities. Service is decent as well.

They need to clean the restrooms better, and upgrade some furniture, but with the inflation I don't blame them for slacking off.

Order ahead but my coffee is behind others who ordered coffee after me. Don’t know what is the reason? Probably they are not Chinese but I am?? Happened twice in this store and don’t know what’s wrong with those guys.

Here's what you need to know if you're working out of this Peets: Back of the house is freezing cold. Even with a sweatshirt and down jacket I'm uncomfortable. A few short tables with 2 chairs, plus a same height bar/table with chairs. Outlets accessible in the corners along the wall. Two comfy chairs in the back corner perfect for a chat, still cold though. The front where you order drinks stays warm... too warm? There's only 1-2 tall tables in front window, often without chairs and folks waiting for their pick up hang there. Two other tables in the front area with a lot of foot traffic. Again I can always county on Peets for consistent great tasting cappuccino and service with a genuine smile.

So my trick is to order the coffee with lots of room and just add half and half to it. I feel that it gives me the smoothness of a latte with the richness of the half and half, and it's cheaper than ordering the latte by far. Peets coffee tends to be stronger than Starbucks for me, so the coffee here does the job of the espresso.

I love the environment that i get surrounded with as soon as i walk through those doors!! Everyone is so kind and i especially love how my order is always made right and on time unlike starbucks. My kids loved the pride star sugar cookie but it is sadly removed:( Please bring it back Peets!!

I generally love Peets. This location is convenient, super good customer service, and very fast. The coffee is the best version of Peets. Good WiFi and lots of space to put your head down to do emails or study. Pretty quiet.

Please don't go to this coffee and pastry joint we've been frequenting on the weekends. The app estimates a 20-minute wait for our order, but let's be honest, we always end up waiting for over 40 minutes. The staff moves at a snail's pace, gossiping and chatting more than attending to their customers. And let me tell you, their lack of attention has caused us to receive cold coffee and no pastry multiple times. Do they not realize we have a bored baby to entertain while waiting for our order? I decided to take matters into my own hands and visit this location a few days ago. And what do I find? Four employees behind the counter, just chatting away, completely ignoring me. It took ages for one of them to come over and take my order finally. Talk about terrible customer service. And don't even get me started on my most recent visit. The so-called "manager" was multitasking like a madman, handling baked goods, taking orders, and giving change simultaneously. Sure, he wore gloves, but that didn't make me uneasy. How much attention can one person possibly give to each task?

First time at this location so it may have been a bad morning. We waited to be acknowledged by the person on register who wouldn't make eye contact and never said they would be with us in a moment until they were told to help us by the manager. We waited for a while after putting in our order and I was given my coffee quick, but they forgot my boyfriend's drip coffee. They remembered his banana bread, but forgot my pastry. All in all disorganized so not sure what happened. Other locations have been totally fine.
