Overall pretty good food. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are places to eat inside and out, but it's pretty basic. Most people were getting to go's. The concept is great - you walk along the display picking what you want; they do all the work. Start with a base, like rice then pick your protein and sauce (I liked the medium signature) then toppings. There are a lot of options. The meal is arranged in your box with a lid to eat there or take away. Will definitely go again.

Ordered “the vegan” with extra tofu and seaweed salad on the side. Came full of salmon and tuna, no tofu, seaweed was tiny. Called to get a replacement, no answer, voicemail was full. Blacklisted.

Don’t know what happened to the management here. Got here around 6:15pm on a Friday night and there’s a family hogging on the only kiosk for over 15 minutes. While they were on the iPad I asked the boy behind the counter if I could place an order as I know they could do that, he responded with, they were here before you (while they are still working on the iPad figuring out what to order). I asked the boy if there was anyone else at the back as I know they used to have 2 ladies working at all times, to which he replied only him and another guy at the back. Disappointing service. Used to come here at least once a week during Covid too.

Value value value, they give four scoops of poki for only $15. Plus crab salad and rice beans etc. This same bowl would be $20-25 at other poki places.

Stopped in last minute between clients. Best decision ever. Everything was so fresh (much appreciated)! Love all the choices in the rice/kale, protein, sauces & toppings. The menu instructions were clear & the staff member was nice and professional. I can't stop thinking about the next time I'm in the area!

the staff was the rudest people ever. they didn’t even greet me nor say one word to me while having very poor facial expressions and showed very negative energy they had the worst customer service and i will never come back here

This morning I ate Oatmeal, for lunch I had chicken piccata that I made from scratch last night and served to 6 people. For dinner I bought a poke bowl and I started eating it at 6:10 PM. By 8:45 I was on the toilet with explosive diarrhea. And now I can’t get off the toilet and my stomach keeps gurgling.It’s really too bad because their service today was the best I had there and the food was actually the best I had there too. I didn’t taste fishy but I have not eaten anything else. It has to be bad fish. There isn’t any other explanation.
