Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Just awful service and food. I ate there once when I moved to the area. You couldn’t pay me to go back. Let me put it this way. This restaurant is literally right next to another one, which unlike this Red Robin, is doing extremely well with lots of business, and is actually OPEN during this time. Quite frankly, I hope this Red Robin closes for good to make way for a much better restaurant to open in its place.

Marginal at best. I usually love Red Robin and have eaten at many locations. I had food delivered and was not impressed with the quality or amount of food (fries and salad). The order took a long time to be prepared at the restaurant, which I know takes longer when it's being delivered, but it just kept saying it was being processed/prepared. Rhyne fries were sparse compared to what usually comes with the meal and they were barely seasoned, if any. There wasn't an option to order a salad instead of the fries so that had to be ordered in addition. Not the finest experience from Red Robin.

Talk about going cheap and what a drop in quality. I have not been to this location in a few years and has it gone down hill. This is a clucks and shrimp meal. I can get better chicken at McDonald’s for a while lot less. They forgot the chocolate in the chocolate shake. This place is empty. Used to be packed after work. Quality is really slipping.

Not that busy, 6 other tables occupied, and a large group that appears to have left before we came in - table wasn't cleaned but that's not an issue just let us know they were busy before us. We were sat at a booth but when we asked for a highchair for the baby we got attitude and rudely were told we couldn't have one at a booth. We said that's fine we're okay with a table. She rolled her eyes and walked us to the opposite side of the restaurant from every other occupied table. 10 minutes later we're still waiting for the highchair, and no one has even stoped by our table to ask if we wanted drinks or to order anything. This location needs to really rethink the employees they've hired!

I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is great and the team is welcoming and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we enjoy a pleasant evening. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

When we first arrived, we waited nearly 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us at the front table. There were a handful of full tables but a mostly empty restaurant and several waiters either standing around in the back or ignoring us. Finally, a driver for grubhub had enough and went to the kitchen to make sure someone came out. At this point there were 2 other parties waiting and no attention to us at all. Will not return to this location.

Food was good but today the service was below average. We felt ignored and forgotten. Luckily another waitress saw our frustration and took care of us. When you don't like what you do you should find another job.

Our server was alright. I honestly thought Red Robin was ok until this most recent visit. I got the smoke and pepper burger, the bacon felt like it was a day old on it.

Good food, patriotic decor, and friendly relaxed staff.

Nothing gourmet about this place! Food and service has gone way down! Not coming back here again!

My favorite burger restaurant. We tried the Foster City Restaurant that we haven't been to since my son was 12 yrs old. He's 19 now and the service and food was as great as in the past. The A1 Peppercorn and Royal Burgers ROCKED! And we purchased a Tavern Burger for moms to enjoy at home.
