Just awful service and food. I ate there once when I moved to the area. You couldn’t pay me to go back. Let me put it this way. This restaurant is literally right next to another one, which unlike this Red Robin, is doing extremely well with lots of business, and is actually OPEN during this time. Quite frankly, I hope this Red Robin closes for good to make way for a much better restaurant to open in its place.

Marginal at best. I usually love Red Robin and have eaten at many locations. I had food delivered and was not impressed with the quality or amount of food (fries and salad). The order took a long time to be prepared at the restaurant, which I know takes longer when it's being delivered, but it just kept saying it was being processed/prepared. Rhyne fries were sparse compared to what usually comes with the meal and they were barely seasoned, if any. There wasn't an option to order a salad instead of the fries so that had to be ordered in addition. Not the finest experience from Red Robin.

Visited on 3/6/20 and service sucked. Our waitress was found just standing near the kitchen when we went looking for her to ask for a straw. She later told us, after hunting her down again for the bill, that this location is closing in a week. That explains why staff was so pity that day but you still have a service to provide. Your face will be remembered when you apply to BJs next door, or Lazy Dog which is opening soon. And you won't be tipped well!

Talk about going cheap and what a drop in quality. I have not been to this location in a few years and has it gone down hill. This is a clucks and shrimp meal. I can get better chicken at McDonald’s for a while lot less. They forgot the chocolate in the chocolate shake. This place is empty. Used to be packed after work. Quality is really slipping.

I like Red Robin. I always have. And I've been going to this location since I was a kid. Things really have gone downhill for this location. Service is really bad and you can tell that the workers just don't care. Maybe it's growing harder to hire workers so they have to take whoever they can get? But even the chefs are lackluster these days. I ordered garlic fries and the order came out literally with three pieces of Parmesan on it and like a pinch of garlic salt. It was almost humorous how it was thrown together so carelessly. Don't even think about asking for sauces because that'll just piss the workers right off and you won't receive it. Whoever manages this place really needs a reality check because there is no order, no structure and as much as I'd want to blame the workers, whoever is managing this mess is the worst of them all. I want to find whoever is in charge of this s*** show I swear I just wanna talk...

Not that busy, 6 other tables occupied, and a large group that appears to have left before we came in - table wasn't cleaned but that's not an issue just let us know they were busy before us. We were sat at a booth but when we asked for a highchair for the baby we got attitude and rudely were told we couldn't have one at a booth. We said that's fine we're okay with a table. She rolled her eyes and walked us to the opposite side of the restaurant from every other occupied table. 10 minutes later we're still waiting for the highchair, and no one has even stoped by our table to ask if we wanted drinks or to order anything. This location needs to really rethink the employees they've hired!
Good selection of food. The service was fast and efficient.

If you're craving a good juicy burger WITH BOTTOMLESS FRIES, this is your place! Mainly serves burgers. Any type of burger too! From Regular cheese burgers, to mushroom burgers, bacon cheeseburgers, Plant based burgers & more! However, they do offer other things like sandwiches, soups, salads, etc. Their Onion ring tower appetizer, is BOMB! I loved that the manager (I assume he is the manager Bc he was wearing a blue collared shirt) greeted my famiso enthusiastically & made us feel very welcomed. I've been coming here for years. I Always get the Red Robin cheese burger! Although, I am not a fan of the relish sPread they put on the burgers (this is somewhat new) I always forget to request it off. I love that they have bottomless fries (take advantage) nice thick steak cut fries.

I will never eat here again!! This place should not be open anymore! They give you old and stale food. They charge you for it and do not give you a refund! I ordered the BBQ cx sandwich and got a plain cx sandwich which tasted like it was old and rubbery in texture. My boyfriend got a double cheese burger and got only one patty? I brought my cx sandwich back the next day and talked with the manager Jacklene or Marlene and they said they. have to talk to Corporate to get a refund. I called and went in there several times. No refund it has been two months! I spoke with the General manager Kevin Chavez and he gave me the same run around!! They should be fired! I now have to go to corporate to complain for the third time. Don't eat here!! We won't ever again!! Cheryll S

I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is great and the team is welcoming and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we enjoy a pleasant evening. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I were going home after a day on the beach and a hike. I suggested to stop for dinner at this place. We ordered two hamburgers, water and a beer. Took for ever to get drinks, even longer to get the food and our station was half empty. Hamburgers came, I thought they brought me somebody else's order. It looked NOTHING like the picture. We skipped dessert and left.
