Gross, gross, gross! I grew up in the area, and I've ordered from this location many times. This time, I ordered two pizzas, one Maui Zaui, and one BBQ chicken, asking for light sauce. When I received and opened the box, it was the was the complete opposite of what I ordered. The toppings (lack there of) were swimming in bbq sauce. Aside from being over sauced the dough was undercooked. Is there a decent Round table in San Mateo anymore?

I ordered deep dish Arthur King large with extra sauce. The dough was half cooked and it had too much sauce and so little toppings. All the taste was flour and tomato sauce. I will never order it again from this place.

Last night we got the worst pizza we've ever had...and I'm someone who always says that even bad pizza is good. It wasn't even warm. It was soggy and basically a dough ball. I'm not picky, I'll eat most things even if they're not that good. But EVEN I couldn't eat it. We could have made a frozen pizza for 1/8th of the price. So disappointing. I'm attaching a picture - please excuse the gloves...and the fancy plate. Pizza should NOT bend like that. :-(

The Pizza was good. The delivery driver and His friend sat down and started to Get Loud. There was NO COURTESY provided by the DELIVERY DRIVER and His LOUD FRIEND.

The pizza cook ruined my takeout pepperoni pizza by adding red hot sauce over the entire order. The cook ruined my combo pizza by adding red hot sauce over the entire pizza. Very expensive and had to dump it all in the trash bin. The truck is picking it up as we speak. Cheaper just to dump the whole restaurant. One star too many.

Pizza is too hot and spicy whether pepperoni or combo. Pepper (white or red?) overwhelms flavor of other ingredients. Hint of BBQ in sauce which I did not order because I don't like it. Have to take it off our list of restaurants to eat at. Lots of competition out there.

this place sucks, the girl suzanna at the front is prejudice and racist when I came in to pick upmy order, all I said was hi i'm here for a pick uporder and she assumed something of me due to ethnicity and she was wrong - that's what she gets for assuming, she made an a** out of u and me. when I escalated it to the manager ara, she made excuses for suzanna. expected since this is just a round table and decent or even exceptional customer service is not expected. disappointing since I live up the hill, am a local, and a long timecustomer but they just lost me. i'll give another franchise my business. they could look up my number and orders and see i've been faithful and ordered so many pizzas from this location throughout the years- not anymore. disappointing but expected to say the least. stay away from entitled suzanna and poor managment of ara.

What the heck happened to there wonderful customer service ,, it went down the toilet.. I have been coming here for years. Also, I have my company do you lunch is here once a month so we didn't spend a few bucks but I guess it doesn't matter now I'm waiting in my car patiently for my pizza Hopefully I'll get treated better at the counter. We'll see stay tune.

I live in Japan now, but I lived in saint mateo about 40 years ago.When I looked it up, there was still a store, so I was happy and commented.At that time, I lived on glendora Street. I often went to that store to celebrate my birthday.The pizza with plenty of cheese is really delicious, and it's a good memory now.I was very impressed that the shop with memories still exists! My age is close to 50 years old, but I want to revisit it again.

No sure what happened. I used to love RT pizza sauce, however, today the sauce seemed bland. I wonder if cost has caused them (at the corporate level, I suppose) to cut back on ingredients? Not sure. Also, I ordered garlic on my pizza but sure didn't taste any.

Pizza buffet gone but they hope corporate will allow soon. Small pizza and soda $10.99. A pretty good deal. More than I could eat. No salad bar included. Extra $3.99. Great service and a nice place to eat. Will return. Much better than Mountain Mikes.

Best quick lunch spot around the corner of my home. Their lunch special $10.99 for a small pizza and + salad for a decent price. Spacious, clean, and nice background music. There are TVs for sport games watcher or game room for kids. Definitely my go to when wfh.
