I love this place so much. I love the idea that we all have our own pots. Love the meat dishes and veggies.

We were in as a group of six and treated our friends who have been amazing helping us move to our new condo nearby and puppy sitting the past half year.We had enough people to make a reservation so waiting was minimal despite the weekend. The atmosphere was on the loud side, music and TV wise so not a lot of conversation (but how much taking when there’s SO much food anyways, I guess?). The variety was pretty good; a nice mix of fresh veggies, decent meat and seafood and lots of fun bits like wok fried peanuts and sesame balls to round out the usual sauces and fruit. The service was good, we got our orders in and everything arrived pretty fast.We did get stuck on a table without the conveyer belts so we didn’t exactly get the immediate satisfaction of grabbing what caught our eye but it was fine as a one off.

Honestly the best Seapot in the area and it's not even close. They actually give you dessert as part of the buffet unlike Daly City and Sunnyvale. Their servers actually asked if I wanted more paste for my hot pot, instead of just giving me water. They don't have the cucumber kimchi but their fruits are so much more fresh to make up for that. The calamari is great. Their KBBQ shrimp is peeled for ease of eating. Their regular hot pot shrimp is not. They have a wider variety of noodles here and they're much better than the ones I've had at the other ones.

Servers are very quick to bring our orders. They come and check us if everything’s alright. Meats, seafoods and veggies are so fresh and delicious. I will recommend this place to all my friends and relatives. I will definitely come back again.Price is reasonable.

The food is good, but don't come at a busy hour. Took a long time to see my waitor again to make the 2nd order. Every time, one person is only allowed to order one plate of meat.

Been here several times. Hot pot was a great experience. But doing that AND Korean BBQ was too much work. I'd recommend doing one of those only.

Great price for food. They even cleaned up our mess when we stepped away and our pots boiled over all over our table ?. I really appreciate not shaming us and gave great service.Parking: There is not enough parking for the strip mall. You may have to drive around until a spot opens up

Service was mid. We've never been here so we didn't know how to order and no one really explained. They also didn't wipe our tables and utensils/bowls/napkins were dirty the two times we've asked them. I asked for hot water so I could wipe it down myself and when they brought over the soup they just ignored what I was doing and placed it to the side of the table (not on the burner) and walked away. Not even acknowledging how dirty the plates and utensils were. They didn't start our burners for us either.Food was p decent. I enjoyed the beef toro and sides on the conveyor belt. However not a fan of only being able to order once you finish your plate of meat. It kind of defeats the purpose of AYCE. I suggest going for half portions to try more variety of meat. And definitely go for the Thai sweet sour soup base.

Okay. I typically don't leave reviews but seriously. Worse experience ever. When I walked in I asked if this was the wait list and the lady gave me hella sass saying it's here but there was another employee talking to her standing right in front of the tablet. Then when we were seated. They seated us at a table then made us move because apparently was occupied by another party. Okay that's fair. We all make mistakes. However when we sat at the other table was very dirty and the guy did a quick wipe and left the whole table dirty. Of course I was upset. What pissed me off more. I look up and see him clean a table for another couple very thoroughly. Like really putting elbow grease into it. Like yo, why you gotta do us like that? Okay whatever I'll wipe it down myself. So we did just that. Then, when they brought us silverware and bowls. It still has left over food. No big deal, just ask for another right? Wrong. The next silverware was even worse. When I picked up the plate. There was food stuck to the napkin. Gross. I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like.. Definitely don't recommend this place if you have a weak immune system. Unless you don't mind getting sick.

Unique all-you-can-eat restaurant that serves both Chinese spicy hot pot and Korean BBQ, using a conveyor belt. Meat quality is decent, but some of the veggies were not fresh. Plenty of sauces and add-ons to choose from, but some of the booth seating can be awkward and small. Loud environment, so not optimal for having a conversation.
