Writing this based off word of mouth and several brief interactions with staff. Very friendly, easy to communicate with and responsive. Shout out to Brian, he was especially attentive when we were going over details of his businesses. Food looks great, I'm not sure how much more I can add to the other 5 star reviews beneath mine. I'd trust them....wisdom of the crowd kind of thing ;)

Grocery delivery was excellent! A co-worker recommended. So glad because I could find no one to deliver for weeks. Fresh, good food with a nice variety. The bacon is amazing!! This week I tried their Heat and Serve Meals which were the Pot Roast (w/mashed potatoes and carrots) and Lasagna Bolognese both meals came with Anti-pasto (marinated artichoke, olives, pepperoni, roasted pepper) and Caesar Salad. Delicious and easy to reheat. So happy with this service. I usually order on Friday and get delivery on Monday. They drop off on my doorstep and text me both when they are on their way and when they deliver. No contact delivery. Love this service!

I'm so happy I found this local grocery delivery service and have been using it frequently. Super convenient. They have essential groceries and also products from other local business' (Dave's Gourmet Hot Sauce is the bomb and I now put that S**t on everything...especially the jalapeño one). They seem to consistently add more grocery items and they also have housemade heat and serve items that I recently started trying. Clam Chowder is clutch. So good! Bolognese sauce is the best I've ever had (sorry Mom) and I just tried the Cuban Pork recently and, um, yea... it's deeeelicious! I used it for dinner the past 3 days. I made cuban pork tacos, added it to quesidallas and tonight a burrito bowl. It's also good just by itself. Ordering the Pesto next. Thanks SSB for adding this essential service.

Always been impressed with their service and quality, so gave their grocery service a try. It was excellent! Fresh food at a fair price, including many hard to get items. I especially recommend the clam chowder, we ordered three tubs which we got Tuesday and already finished them all!

Placed my first order for groceries this week, and I was so pleased! It was easy to place my order using their clear, intuitive website. I ordered a variety of items from sanitizing wipes to produce, and the order was well packaged & the groceries were super fresh. Our family faves were the clam chowder & the creamy pesto sauce. Grocery delivery! Excellent fresh food, especially the clam chowder which is amazing. During these crazy times it really makes a difference to be able to depend on a company to help you get the basics you need. Good luck getting delivery from any of the big name stores - Lucky, Safeway, Target, and even Walmart have no availability. Trust SSB and know that your safety is in good hands.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Groceries have been a struggle since the SIP started. My wife and I are public school teachers trying to make it work from home with a very active toddler. I'm picky about things so trusting someone else with groceries is outside of my comfort zone, but I wasn't the least bit disappointed. First, everything that I ordered frozen was still solidly frozen upon delivery! Next, the sauces and soup we ordered were fully contained in their container. Not a single drip into the plastic bag the containers were carefully placed into. Last night we had burgers with the high quality beef and today we'll make bread with the easily accessible yeast! I truly couldn't have been more impressed. We'll be ordering again soon!

During quarantine this grocey delivery service is hands down the best! Such good service, easy to order online. What I like about it is all the fresh vegetables and meats. Oh and you MUST try there Clam Chowder! This is a great service and business, they're even helping other local businesses like tripp distillery so I can order my drinks! Amazing food delivery during SIP!! It's been hard to find quality meats and produce in stores and frankly I do not have the patience to be waiting in line for an hour+...the food from SSB is fresh, affordable and delivered straight to your door with zero contact!! And, they have yeast so my husband can take up his new bread baking hobby Most of all, I'm super impressed how quickly SSB was able to adopt a new business model during these challenging times and how they have connected with other small & local businesses to deliver quality products straight to my door!

Thank you, so much for helping us as we are quarantined for 14 days! Anyone that is reading this the best suggestion I have is to ORDER the Clam Chowder, it is so good! Beyond the indulgence of the chowder all of the meat came portions and labeled perfect for the refrigerator or freezer, the fresh veggies and fruit where perfect picked and wrapped. Great communication and on time delivery!! What else could we ask for, well paper towels, I would love to be able to order those!

Saw a post on my social media about grocery delivery and thought I would give it a shot. During these crazy times I want to limit my interaction with people to avoid getting sick and grocery delivery is one of those essential things. I put in my order and it was very easy and the prices were reasonable. I got emails and texts when my stuff was on the way. My groceries were on my door step and I got a text once they arrived. I bought enough stuff to get me through the week and I will for sure be ordering the again. The food was fresh and tasted great. I can't wait to order again. Thank you very much in these tough times
