Convenient spot to get lunch then have the kids run around in the courtyard after. My husband likes this place but I find it way more oily and saucy than The Habit or In n Out so it's not my favorite, but I can see that being a plus for others.
The manager was very friendly. Despite having to come in the day after Thanksgiving she was both hyping up the staff and creating a very fun environment for staff and customers alike. Working in the service industry myself, I will say that customer service is big deciding factor in becoming a return customer. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Also side note food was cooked well and staff was on top of cleanliness.
I’m disappointed by the nuggets served at this shake shack. From being out of stock to receiving cold, dry, and crumb-like nuggets, I will not order them again. I also think the ambience of the store is cold and dark and depressing and now I’m wondering if the burger is worth the price. I will be coming back less often.
