located directly across from the movie theater entrance...self-order kiosk at the entrance...only issues being that substitutions are not an option on the kiosk or ordering online...taking the taro blend and substituting the pudding with pearls instead at the counter...50% sweet requested...roughly $8 even for the drink...number provided and waiting...drink ready and grabbing...cold blended taro drink with plenty of taro inside...daughter loving the drink...

I've been here many times! I usually get the black milk tea or green milk tea with boba. The boba here is great: incredibly consistent and a good portion. The milk tea drinks are nicely balanced – they have a good tea flavor but are also creamy (it's a non-dairy creamer). The drinks are less expensive (by $1-2) than other boba places in San Mateo and the Bay Area.

This is one of my go-to places for boba/milk tea. I love that you can customize your ice and sweetness level. I do find that their drinks are a bit on the sweeter side, but I'm also not a fan of super sweet things. The boba is always consistent, good chew and size for the drink, though I do wish they gave a little bit more as I finish my boba before my actual drink.There are tables inside now for seating, so if you need a quick breather, it's a good spot for that. Ordering happens off a kiosk with a fairly short wait for your drink.It's a solid spot to meet your boba fix. Just be aware of their hours, they tend to close earlier than you would expect.

I purchased a hot ginger tea, and I appreciated being able to adjust the amount of sweetener that is put in the drinks. The staff was friendly. The seating area was blocked off, so I had to stand outside in the cold while I waited for my friends to arrive.

I used to like this place mostly for their QQ family. But when I ordered that today there was something I pulled out of drink it was disgusting and frankly scary because I didn't know what it was at first. When I pulled it out, it was a long string. It almost look like floss or some plastic string, so not safe. Never coming back here again period.
