Good tasting pizza, although nothing extraordinary.Prices are affordable and don't break the bank. They have pizzas already in the case that they toast up for you (at your discretion) but also can make things in the back. The garlic knots here were a hit with my partner but were a little too strong for me personally.Staff are nice and there's quite a bit of room for you to dine in and share a meal with a group if needed. Location is good and there's quite a bit of parking (outside of Blue Bottle's busy hours I'm assuming).Nice no frills pizza joint.

Utterly underwhelmed. I actually had the garlic bread knots, too, which were very dry and hard and tasted like a little butter brushed on it with garlic powder dusted on it.The pizza itself had an okay crust. Slightly chewy, slightly fluffy, almost like sourdough meets French bread. I wasn't all that impressed with the cheese, sauce, or toppings. What good is okay crust with not so favorable toppings and bland tomato sauce?I reheated my pizza in the oven when I got home, and I felt that the toppings weren't anything memorable, and I barely tasted the sauce or cheese. There didn't seem to be any spices, and if they used fresh tomatoes in their sauce, you'd never know because it was so light. We also had--- not in this photo---a Brisket pizza, which was small pieces of dried Brisket and a small drizzle of bbq sauce which was not a good flavor. Neither of us liked our slices as we cut them in pieces to try. No one wanted more. This was like something where your friend makes you pizza for a movie night, and it's decent, but you don't crave it and certainly don't want to buy it.For the price and how unremarkable/unmemorable it was, this just wasn't a square pie I could get behind.Only 3 stars since this is a small business, but we all disliked our flavorless pizza.Especially with so many great pizza places in the Bay Area (not going to name names), we won't be returning here.

Frozen pre-baked crusts didn't do much for me. The staff didn't know much about service standards. Very average place tbh.

This is my new go-to pizza place. I am gluten and dairy free and they make not only gluten-free with vegan cheeze pizza, but they also will make slices!!! They make their own gluten-free crust! It was so good, I actually asked them if they were sure they served me gluten-free crust and the chef brought me out the gluten-free flour he uses to make the crust. I was really impressed. The only thing that would make this place better if they put more toppings on the pizza. Service is super friendly. Prices are reasonable.

It's a great place to watch sports. But be forewarned, you will not be notified if they change the channel. They have a wide selection of items on their menu and are all good. They also offer lunch specials M-F. I enjoy their meatballs and an order of their garlic knots. Yummy!!Update: you can add clams and garlic to your pizza slice!!!!! Friendly staff today. ?

When I visited Slices, I got a large pie of the New York style pepperoni pizza, and an order of garlic knots. Starting off with the garlic knots - these were very solid. Crispy outside, while still nice and chewy inside. The a nice amount of garlic was sprinkled on top which definitely helped in flavor. Now for the main part - the pizza. Overall, an above average pizza in the Bay Area. The ratio of cheese, sauce and dough were very good. The pepperonis were pretty good as well, a few of them were just starting to cup. I think it more of them got a bit more cupping action, it would have elevated it more, giving it a bit more texture to each bite. The crust was interesting, where it wasn't uniform in each slice, kind of an amorphous shape, but not too big of a deal. Eating it in the restaurant, the pizza crust was still a little crispy, but a bit more crisp would've been nicer. I think if I ate it at home, it would've probably been on the softer side. Overall, the nice balance of each ingredient helps take it above many Bay Area pizza joints, and is a very good option if you want a good slice to eat. If the pepperonis would cup as much in the New York style as the images I saw of the square slices, it would be taken up a big notch.

Review #100!!~Review for pizza only~Totally underrated and great local spot. Have a great dining area with a tv to hang out as well as the nice outdoor space of bay meadows near by!Pizzas are delicious and filling. The pizzas are on the doughier side with a crunchy bottom and a ton of fresh ingredients. True Sicilian style. Will not disappoint if this is the type of pizza you are looking for!Note: plenty of nearby free street parking.

This place was a great little find when we were in the area. Pizza by the slice and for a decent price as well. The service was great, and the lady at the counter gave us some great recommendations on what was good, and just provided really standout service for a place where you order at the counter and seat yourself. The pizza was good, but it was HEAVY. For someone who can put a few slices away, I was stuffed after one and a quarter, so take that for what it's worth. I had a slice of pepperoni and branched out to do a slice of the clam and garlic. I was pretty nervous and expected it to be awful, but it was delicious and a combination that I highly recommend, because you won't find it anywhere else.

I like the pizza here. Of course not the best but I would call it delicious.

If you are looking for a quick meal with the kids and don't want to wait too long this is a good spot to get a couple of pan style pizza slices. Got a mix of cheese, pepperoni and veggie. All were pretty good and were heated up fast. Price is okay for what you get now a days and again quick and easy is good when you have little ones.Stop by and grab a slice or 2. Slices are pretty hefty so maybe 1-2 is good per person.

Slices needs to rethink their pizzaGood service but the pizza by the slice was warmed up toast. I don't get it. Nothing stood out in any positive way and I would have done better with a burrito. Also, they give you a small cup for soda with only 1refill on the lunch special.Cheese was good, crust is like dried out thick toast. So like French bread cooked too long. Sauce is blah and I left feeling like I should have went to little Cesar's. Sorry , Slices, but you need to rework things.

We live in the neighborhood and while on an afternoon walk found ourselves reviewing the menu. After consideration we purchased a vegetarian calzone and a half dozen garlic knots to take home for dinner. Both were excellent and you could smell the freshness of the crust. The staff were super nice too. Definitely give it a try.

Would not honor my coupon from entertainment.com. They said they weren't participating and never heard anything about this offer. The coupon clearly states the name and address. See photo attached.
