They have great pastries and the coffee is good.

I like specialty's, their food is fresh, portions right sized, good selection and their consistently dependable.

Had a Caprese Sandwich, could not stop with one. It was so good and tasty had to go for anoyher one. Tasted Chicken sandwiches ordered by friends, they were awesone as well

The sandwiches here are surprisingly good.
Doesn't open on time. It says it opens at 6 am but they don't. You end up waiting for 15 to 20 minutes for them to open the doors.

Great design of coffee and great taste.
I generally like Specialty's but this is my favorite location! It's not busy for walk up in the morning, and there staff is really warm and friendly!
I prefer Specialty's over Starbucks or even Peet's. Courtney is very attentive. She made an effort to learn my name and learned my pattern and knows what I like and want to order. She also makes sure I receive good service every time I go. She does that with everyone.
Spicy Thai peanut salad is the favorite one in salads. Caprese veggie and Mediterranean veggie are good options for veggie sandwiches. Some salads come with the focaccia bread.
Same great food but the place had no straws, no napkins and was a bit dirty when I visited. Not the cleanest Specialties I have visited. Also got the wrong sandwich, but it was really good, so I didn't mind.
