Bad customer service ever. Machine to warm-up sandwich was broken for so long and no one bothers to fix it. Lack of sandwiches and pastry option. The blonde hair woman - One of the employees is controlling the new releasing cups and has not put them on the shelves for customers to buy them. Instead, she has been holding them and selling them to her friends (or people she likes) only. Seriously, Starbucks or Safeway needs to let her go.

i ordered 3 drinks. and gisela made them wrong. the carmel frap did not taste right and i paid for extra carmel and she barley put anything. my other drink was iced white mocha she also made that wrong so i’m not sure who taught her how to make these drinks but i was very disappointed i will not order drinks from here anymore
