Starbucks

I went to this location today not long ago. Two woman working. One working the cashier and one making the drinks, I ordered my drink and 3 customers that came after me got their drinks before me. The two ladies stared at each other amused. I’ve been to this location before never had an issue before. Service seems to have changed in this location.

The lady behind the counter was a bit rude and argued with me about remaking my drink :( like it’s not personal its preference. I wasn’t asking for much the drink just looked different than how I have had it several times before

I asked for no berries because I am allergic to strawberries and they still put strawberries inside my drink, not to mention i asked for light ice and she poured so much of ice into the cup which provided such a little amount, a venti is 20 oz and just her pouring the ice made the drink to 16 oz of juice and the rest just ice and strawberries ( that im allergic too)

The only Starbucks in the area. Located right in Mollie Stone Supermarket. You can do a small shopping trip while waiting for your coffee. I often walk around to look at their fresh produce or cheese section.

The quality is inconsistent. There are times they made my drink less than the lid level (like my matcha latte, I was so disappointed), but there are times they gave me overwhelmed drinks (like my frappe, it was literally leaking out no matter how I tried to wiped it off, this one made me laugh). I’m not complaining 😂

Kid-friendliness: Kids will love their bakery and fruit drinks.

This place is just very special to me and a lot of the locals.
The staff is super friendly at all time, no matter how busy they are they never forget to smile. Nirmala is always there working super hard and making sure everything works perfect.

Shout out to everyone working there, always doing an amazing job.

Very rude customer and they don’t care about the customer, I waited more than 20 minutes while there was only one person ahead of me

Staff needs a refresher on drink making. Mochas come with whipped cream unless otherwise specified yet each time I've ordered here they tell me my order is marked "no whip" which it's not. It's ordered how it comes...which is supposed to be with whipped cream. Please refresh the staff on how to make the drinks.

Very mean staff can ruin your day…said they were closing 5 minutes early and refused to take my order…super rude and mean don’t come here to get your lattes…

I could hardly taste any coffee in my Caramel Macchiato. I don’t know why the one I just had from this store taste different compared to the other Starbucks near me. And upon paying, the screen on the credit card machine shows the 20% tip was already “highlighted”…looks like it was set on default. Tried scrolling it up and down but was unsuccessful. I didn’t mind giving tip but I wanted to scroll and could have chosen 25% ? instead…. Ciao!
