Rude employee! The one who calls ur orders she was already mad !! And I asked to change the cap for my coffee she says do it urself!! Very unprofessional and I was in hurry or else I would make her to do her job correctly.

I was waiting here for 15 minutes in the line till I gave my order to lady, Before I put my order one person cut the line I asked him excuse me u have to go the line I m waiting here for 15 minutes very nicely. Unfortunately they gave the person their coffee before me Since He was permanent customer.

Purchased iced coffee. Asked them to throw it in the blender. They added the syrup for the blended frapacino which I did not want and it made it too sweet.

Rude employees. When you ask questions about your order, they give you a condescending response. They also have no shame in talking about customers while they’re still in the store. Also, they don’t seem to know how their mobile order system should work. The wait time can be 20 minutes for a mobile order. When the app says it’s ready, it’s not actually ready in store. When you arrive to pick up your order, they expect you to wait in the store until your name is called. Management needs to look into training the baristas in customer service and logistics.
