There is one woman who works there, the older one with curls, who is a sweetheart, very kind and respectful. And then there are kids who keep busy with chatter and giggles amongst themselves, take forever to complete orders because obviously banter takes precedence over doing the job, and then hand over the drink to you with an annoyed look on their face as if they're doing you a favor. It's depressing to watch the older lady be the kind one doing her job, while the young ones care more about bringing the sass to work and wearing big fake eye lashes. Don't remember this place being like this in the past. Never been more turned off by Starbucks staff.

I used to be a regular customer. Now I moved out of the area. They were pretty good in filling up the orders. Parking can be little tricky. However, the workers here are pretty good in terms of customer service.

The service quality is getting lower compared to a few years ago.I have never received my online order on time recently, more than double in average, and no conversation to those who wait long.Recently I order 10 mins before arrival but have to wait another 10 mins at the store. I like Starbucks but the gap of service quality by stores is sometimes hard to accept, and this is why Philz, Blue Bottle or Peet’s are becoming preferred choice

forgot to make the traveler even though i called 2 hours ahead
The entrance for this establishment is on the street side where no parking is allowed. Unless you're walking good luck finding the parking that is offered or park a block away. The customers here move so slow as of they have nowhere to be, no job to do and just meander about. The workers work hard and try to get items pumped out as soon as they can but it looks like they're understaffed a bit.

This stores staff was not attentive to customers at allThey had made a sign on the register that stated 20-30 min for drinks. There were 4 other patrons in the shop all of whom had already been served. We ordered and just waited for approx 20 min. Several wait staff were chillen in the back and only one working

Place was empty, but service and coffee was fantastic! Location needs a bit of a cleanup, but it was just after the morning rush.

3 out of 5 times, the order is late than what is shown on the app. So you end up with either a cold sandwich or a not warm coffee.
