The entrance for this establishment is on the street side where no parking is allowed. Unless you're walking good luck finding the parking that is offered or park a block away. The customers here move so slow as of they have nowhere to be, no job to do and just meander about. The workers work hard and try to get items pumped out as soon as they can but it looks like they're understaffed a bit.

This stores staff was not attentive to customers at allThey had made a sign on the register that stated 20-30 min for drinks. There were 4 other patrons in the shop all of whom had already been served. We ordered and just waited for approx 20 min. Several wait staff were chillen in the back and only one working

Place was empty, but service and coffee was fantastic! Location needs a bit of a cleanup, but it was just after the morning rush.

This is regarding my visit on Sunday 11/26/2023The worst Starbucks I've been to. Here how it went:Waited 15 minutes to someone to take my order. Venti Frozen Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade Bacon and Gruyere Egg Bites Kale and Mushroom Egg BitesWaited another 15 minutes just for my drinkWaited another 15 minutes for Bacon and Gruyere Egg BitesWent to the counter asked about my Kale and Mushroom Egg Bite. They said "it's coming out soon." Waited another 15 minutes and asked again. "Coming out soon." Saw a bag, size of a normal bite eye order, sitting at the counter by the food prep area. Asked one more time. They finally gave me the bag by the counter which was my order. It was COLD! ARGHWasted an hour of my time. As I was leaving, other customers saw issue I was having and asking for their money back because they couldn't wait so long for their order. Conclusion:This Starbucks is really bad. Run my McDonalds drop outs. No going back to this Starbuck again.

3 out of 5 times, the order is late than what is shown on the app. So you end up with either a cold sandwich or a not warm coffee.

We came here on Saturday afternoon. There is not a ton of people here but no one came to the register to take my order. One girl passed and looked at me twice but she didn’t say anything. I have to order via mobile. It is quite rude and never seen another Starbucks like this. Also, I had a really really really long wait. DO NOT COME HERE.

Total chaos behind the counter with mobile orders, on slow Saturdays and early afternoon weekdays. I could have ordered at the register and had a full cup of black coffee in 60 sec, but I ordered ahead and waited 10 mins behind trays and bags of ridiculous drinks. The mama bear who works here is so clear and kind, but it’s hard to right a ship that’s so… wrong.

Went to get coffee and they told me the wait is too long so I should move on. What?! Howard Schultz are you reading this?

I don't frequent this location but it's right next to Whole Foods where I do my shopping and I didn't want to drive to my usual SB spot. I went to this Starbucks location today at around 4pm.I stepped through the door and a young man called out 'Welcome in". He then walked immediately to a back room. Two bartistas were talking w/ another gal at the end of the counter. (with their back towards me) I waited several minutes at the front register while they continued to talk. Nobody came from the back room or acknowledged. I did not feel 'welcome' even though I was ' in", LOL! So I left.As I was leaving the front door I said aloud, "I'll come back when you're not so busy." Nobody responded or even looked up...except a few customers who snickered. What is this stupid 'Welcome-In' BS anyway? After the Pandemic, I hear this trite saying called out from many establishments when I barely pass through their door! And often it's said without any eye contact. I seldom feel 'welcome'. (which makes it particularly aggregious to hear this robotic greeting.)Saying ' Welcome In' should not be in lieu of actually making a customer feel welcome and serving a customer. Don't just say it...do it!

Great coffee. Nice ambience. This is a nice cosy store literally around the corner. Today is red cup day at Starbucks. Get a reusable cup with any holiday beverage. I got mine Yay! For sustainability.
