A decent Starbucks, it gets busy during weekends and prime hours, we ordered a latte, a cappuccino on a busy Sunday evening and it took us 15-20 mins to get our drinks, the servers are polite for the most part.It’s located in the Hillsdale mall and there’s parking nearby. Overall, a better-than-average Starbucks
I would avoid this particular Starbucks. They are having distribution issues. Little food, staff is pretty glum, service is slow. It may improve after the new year?? Not too fun...go on to the next one.

I usually ordered in app to save any hassle. Today, I ordered first time at the counter and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The drinks were spot on, I haven’t received any wrong orders yet.
However, the store was always dirty. The tables were sticky and would always have some kind of trash.
