Super Duper Burger

I'm usually very skeptical of these type of chains, but my god everything I had here was excellent. Top to bottom, no complaints. And the fact that you can also get a VERY JUICY AND DELICIOUS SPICY FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH......... hell yea.

I got the super duper burger and the burger alone was 13 bucks and makes u pay a dollar for cheese even though on the photo it says it has cheese and it was below average smash burger for 14 bucks at the end and it was very greasy I wasted like 20 napkins just eating it

Truffle burger was good, with the double patty. Warm, juicy and tasted good! The garlic fries and the apple pie shake on the other hand were not very good. Fries were nearly unsalted, cold and barely had any cheese on them. They had a garlic flavored oil lazily poured over them would not recommend. The shake was blended poorly, it had separated into two parts, watery on the bottom and somewhat icy on the top. Shame they served such low par sides to an otherwise good burger.

Our go to in San Mateo for a quick simple affordable meal. love the crispy chicken sandwich $11 and veggie burger w hummus. + coffee milk shake and dipped softee cones. service is good and friendly. can order ahead or at the kiosk or counter. open til 10pm A+ oh, EVERYTHING is compostable, plastic cups, utensils wrappers etc , so green!

Frequent here even though there's one closer. Quick and easy service. UPDATE: My dad had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was too spicy for him. They were so kind about making him a classic instead. Worth the trip here every time and will always come back. THANK YOU!

First time visiting Super Duper Burgers —
Smooth and intuitive experience. The kiosk made ordering easy. For a fast causal restaurant I was surprised my burger was cooked medium. Which is how I order them — when I can. Using the kiosk system — you can choose your burger’s cook temp—medium is the default, but you can opt for well-done if you ask. That’s rare in fast casual.

So, with that being said. The burger was legit. For a fast casual spot, the quality held up. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked medium as promised.

They are known for their Shakes & Ice Cream:
Didn’t try them this round, but the flavor lineup was tempting. Definitely will when I return for a visit.

The only drawback was the garlic fries—Overloaded with garlic, which made them soggy fast. Didn’t finish. Next time I order regular fries.

Overall— solid burgers, clean establishment, and friendly staff.
