I ordered Quesabirria and it was delicious, holy crap. I ordered extra spicy so they gave me peppers too. :) It was a Saturday night so they had the music going which was really nice to listen to while eating. PRICES ARE GOOD!!I love how they checked back in to make sure everything tasted great with all of us. I can't recommend this place enough. The red sauce in the cup was sooooo goood!!!! I want to try everything on the menu and I'll be back.

Delicious and authentic dishes. I had combo with chile relleno and carnitas enchilada. Yummy traditional beans and rice. Their salsa is fresh and perfectly spiced (I like a kick) Husband ordered steak fajitas. Meats were excellent quality and perfectly prepared. Owner checked in with us and service was on point. Really enjoyed our meal. High praise for this spot.

First time.Late evening dinner and it was a quiet night but we were welcomed in with no hesitation.Small bar up front.Bench seating in the middle and metal tables and chairs in the main/back area of the restaurant.Service was friendly and accommodating. There was no rush to get us out even though we were the only patrons remaining.Food was good, visually pleasing, lots of taste and flavor,We were served courtesy chips and a variety of sauces. Chips were not oily, large sized, and had a lot of crunch. The sauces that came with it was delightful and added that extra kick to the chip eating experience. We liked it so much, we got an extra basket. For dinner, we ordered a beer on tap and each had the 3 item combo consisting of the chile relleno, enchilada, and tamal. The dish also included rice and refried beans. This gave us the option to try a varied menu and it was solid.Give this restaurant a chance and enjoy a good meal.

Worst tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Ever ever. The carne asada is all grinded and doesn’t even look like meat. Tastes bad too.

The food was MEH! The servers don't speak English and our server who did speak English disappeared for awhile! Turns out he had to go and get the Food Truck! No one else? The non English speaking service didn't really know how to serve, when asked for refill in the sangria she came with our glasses half full and no fruit and just dropped the glass, startled me cause we were in full blown convo! Our server was great! He accommodated when food was so so! He replaced my food when on the menu said not spicy and when it arrived it was so spicy that I couldn't eat it! They had fresh made Guacamole but they put way too much lime in it we didn't eat it! We had sangria that was delicious but I had heartburn for 3 days after, it was horrible (the heartburn)! Delicious going down but aftermath no bueno!

We had an early dinner here at 5 p.m. It's a large space with a small bar and TV. Service was okay, the waiter took our order and came out to bring our food. For one of the tacos ordered, we asked for beef and got ground pork. We were never told they ran out or what happened. The fish used is Tilapia. Super low quality in meats. We received our bill and were told to go to the front to pay. At checkout, the bill was $5 more because of a service fee that wasn't disclosed. Overall, an average experience, and the food was so-so.

Boy, oh boy... what an over priced disappointment. So when I walked in, the place was cold and there were 2 tables occupied. Including my party of 3, there were 7 of us in the restaurant. I completely understand why.We ordered a torta Cubana and quesabirria dinner plate. The quesabirria is HELLA overpriced. The 2 small servings and a "cup" of consomme was $14.88. I guess I was misled by "dinner plate" thinking it was going to be bigger and better. The meat to cheese ratio would have you thinking you ordered two quesadillas on corn tortillas. So if you break it down, ABSOLUTELY NOT worth $7 per.The consommé was not even warm. Since the place was pretty much empty and we were the only ones ordering food, I was surprised they didn't take the time to heat it up. There are no descriptions on the menu, so I asked the waiter what comes on the torta Cubana. He told me steak, "Mexican sausage, you know chorizo," ham, lettuce tomato. What I got was hot dog and chuleta puerco. I asked him about it after taking a couple bites and he completely switched up the ingredients on me. I would have not ordered it if he has told me correctly to begin with. The bread was soft and airy but all the ingredients were gathered in the middle of the bread so there wasn't actually a lot of filling except hot dogs and lettuce. There were pieces of foil in the sandwich (sloppily cut in half after it was wrapped in foil). The best thing was the chips and salsa. No, I will not be back, no I don't recommend. I'm on the fence about 3 stars being kinda generous.

I ask for some tacos and a burrito but I also ask for the meat to be well done cook toasted and they gave me the meat not what I expected. The service was good, is just the minor detail the food needs to be how the customer wants it.

We learned about Tacos El Flamingo from Yelp and expected great food. The salsa was a little mild, although the chips were fresh.DH had the chicken fajitas and said they were ok, not great. I had the garlic shrimp and honestly they reminded me of something I could cook. The beans and rice were the items we liked best. The main dishes seemed too simply seasoned. The spices lacked complexity. Perhaps the kitchen is trying to appeal to a non-Mexican clientele?Service was very good. Perhaps we ordered the wrong items? The menu is quite extensive.
