The food is not bad. But be prepared to wait for an hour to get your food, and they take some many online/take out orders, making dine-in customers wait like idiots.

Clean and tasty! This location has a sauce bar and free dessert. Awesome for malatang!

How many times are you going to forget to pack the rice for delivery orders?

Food is made fast but you might wait for a table during the rush hour. They don't offer many options for sauces but still is good. Although there are many people inside, it doesn't take too long to find an open table. I like how they utilized the screen to show when your food is ready so you don't need to hear workers screaming the order number. Tried seschzwan spicy hot pot and it was really good 😋

The atmosphere is flashy and modern, but it's okay and often a battle to find a seat once you place an order. If you have a large group, it's likely you will be split up. The dessert bar was underwhelming but the complimentary ice tea was delicious.

All the ingredients look fresh are restocked often. They offer a variety of both soup and stir fried options, we had the sweet and spicy stir fry (good but spicy) and the chicken broth (my wife enjoyed it). Warning if it's your first time plates can become expensive quicky due to the high cost.

Come here often and enjoy the food/atmosphere, but finding a piece of sponge in my food is really concerning.

This restaurant has a nice environment and a great variety of fresh ingredients, and overall I really enjoy coming here. However, about half of the times I visit, I end up waiting for a long time, even when the restaurant isn’t busy.

I’m not familiar with their cooking process, but whenever the wait is long, the mala tang often comes out with many ingredients overcooked to the point that they fall apart and can’t even be picked up. I hope the restaurant can improve the cooking time or consistency so the overall experience can be even better.

The enoki mushrooms were moldy and had turned a bluish-green color, which is completely unsafe to eat. It was shocking to see produce in this condition being sold. I hope the store pays more attention to the freshness and quality of their products, because this should not happen

Most waiting experience ever. Have to wait 30 minutes because someone else took my food and the server didn’t even know about it

So good - balanced and aesthetically pleasing, but it’s still craveable Chinese fast food. The self-service sweets bar was a wonderful addition. Would take off points for the slightly steep price but it’s the Bay Area and I’ve paid more for worse, sadly.

I've been here twice. The food and atmosphere are good, but unfortunately, the hygiene is poor. I found a hair on my plate twice. The first time, I didn't say anything because the food was really delicious, but then I gave it a second try and came back a week later, and on my second visit, I found another hair. What a bad luck. I hope they take this messages into consideration and take action.
