Their jasmine tea is usually always over steeped and bitter. I understand they can remake the drink but they regularly mess it up. I know it’s possible to maintain consistency cause there are other shops which always have great tea. Even worse their prices are so high for the lack of quality especially compared to other places. Until they can make quality tea regularly, I’m out. 🫳🎤

So I’ve been to this location for the longest time and today wasn’t as satisfying as usual. I came in and ordered 2 Caramel Cream and one was good and the other was basically whole milk with a bit of caramel and boba it tasted like I was drinking a cup of milk with boba literally no flavor at all like other one that I ordered. Hopefully this done at happen when we come back soon. Will let the girls know that this happened to me.

The silky mango with honey bubba was average, a bit too sweet. The strawberry matcha was okay, too little strawberry syrup and too much milk and matcha.

I recently tried the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea from Teaspoon SM, and it did not disappoint! The tea was rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed—not too sweet, but just the right balance to highlight the creamy milk flavor. The boba pearls were soft, chewy, and fresh, adding that perfect bit of texture with every sip.
Ordered a Matcha Royale and was basically given a green-tinted whole milk. I’ve never had such a bad matcha, they just pour some milk into a cup and send out my order. The closing staff is obviously lazy and has no sense of quality control. Next time, look me in the eye when I call you out.
