The Cheesecake Factory

They forgot us. Had our name and took 4 in before us. We were there before others. Took over half hr. For food to come. Again forgot us. Food was good but service horrible. Very noisy too. But it's a big place so kind of expected.

Food was good but service was slow. We waited 10+ minutes for someone to come by and give us the check and to-go boxes.

You can never go wrong in a cheesecake factory. The menu is huge. The food is always quick and hot and always is up to the same quality

Been here , not the best experience, food is average, ingredients are average, prices are high, I guess you pay for the atmosphere..

Servers not so attentive. Cocktail too sweet. Food is slow. Taste is okay. Portion is big. Cheesecake is good. Price not really cheaper.

Tables are only half filled so I see no excuse for the slowness and inattentiveness.

Overall mediocre experience with medium high charge. Not good value unless you really care about the X-large portions. Eureka! is of much better value IMO.

Why they take 1 hour for cheesecake? Need to work on that

Came on a Sunday lunchtime as a walk in, waited around 20 minutes for a table. Cheesecake Factory hits the spot everytime. Huge portions which I boxed up the other half to take home with me. Speedy service, friendly server. The spicy chipotle chicken pasta is my favourite thing on the menu, SO good. Tried crab rangoons, they were okay not my favourite!

Reid provided truly great service during our visit! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, well cared for, and had an exceptional experience. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made all the difference.

Thai Chilli Shrimp was delicious, but I wasn’t a fan of the Alfredo fettuccine—it lacked flavor and felt quite bland. However, the fudge cake to finish was fantastic.

Fantastic service. Huge menu. Huge portions. Cheerful atmosphere. Delicious food. And of course... the bread!!

Vegetarian options: Both Impossible burger and Veggieburger options. Fantastic hearty salads.

Parking: The restaurant is located inside the hillsdale shopping mall. Disabled parking is difficult to find in the mall parking lot.
