The Cheesecake Factory

We placed our order at 12:40 PM and informed the server that we were in a hurry because I had to be at work by 2 PM. Unfortunately, by 1:40 PM, we still hadn’t received our food.

After checking with the staff, we were told that the manager who took our order forgot to place it. This caused us to waste a significant amount of time, and we ended up not having lunch at all. This experience was very disappointing.

Service here is super slow even when they are not busy. Other people who came after us got their food. Lack of urgency or customer service had to ask several times for water and utensils because he wasn’t around.

Doordashed this order and this is how I received my sliders cold no sweet potatoes fries and no cheese as well not impressed

Visited today around 2 pm and was told there was an hour and a half wait time and said that’s okay and gave my number 2 hours later I never got a text back and asked when the next table was open and they said no tables are open you have to wait 15 minutes. During that time people walked in groups of 7 or more people were seated and other walk ins got a table but I never did. Decided to ask someone else and wasn’t helpful will not be going here again

Cheesecake Factory's are expensive.

The food is overpriced. The cheesecake is ridiculously expensive for so cheesecake.

The server didn't tell us happy hour was in effect before we ordered our drinks at full price. Just was not feeling like the service was all that.

And, you get all of this abuse to the tune of $125 for two.

Service was extremely slow and inattentive. The branzino was cooked pretty well. I felt like the portions of the cheesecakes shrink immensely.

Great service. The fried Mac and cheese remains our go to dish. The fish tacos come with generous portion. They are crispy and delicious. The Korean fried chicken turns out to be more chicken nuggets than the drumsticks and wings normally served in Korean restaurants and I would stick with the Korean restaurants for the dish.

I visited a few times when I had no other options available. I'm not a fan of the food, most of it is very fat and calorie rich, most are fried or deep fried. Service is hit or miss, you can wait forever for someone to show up, or remember to bring that drink you asked for 15 mins prior. The settings is nice and there are lots of cheesecakes gor desert, if you want that extra 1k calories.

Kevin was my server he goes above and beyond his customer service is outstanding. He has a great attitude. They messed up on my order. He offered a solution. I truly appreciate him. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back because of Kevin. Thank you again.

Friday night, place is packed, but we only waited a few minutes to be sat in Jimmy’s section. Honestly, best service we have had at this location(visited 3x before). Jimmy O was attentive and communicative because of bar delays/food wait/etc. He had great recommendations and was the deciding factor for a few of our dishes. Overall, his service will keep us coming back and we truly appreciated being taken care of after a tough day.

okay, food was good and everything was fine. until this one waitress spilled soda all over one of my family members.. yes she said sorry, but when the bill came we asked for and item off for the inconvenience. she got her manager and we got a cheesecake off after. she continues to give us an additude and was completely rude about it, she did mess up and we acted like nothing happened. we could’ve acted way worse about this and she CONTINUED to give us an additude when we were about to leave . 0 on the costumer service and i don’t recommend going here.

Yesterday we were seated in a booth right next to the host stand and lobby, even though there were plenty of better booths and tables available. This booth has no atmosphere, you cannot see any other guests, it is windy and noisy with waiters walking by all the time. This is the third time we get assigned this exact place, even though there was plenty of other spaces in the better part of the restaurant. Don't assign this booth (or a booth next to the toilets) unless there is no other option.
