On 4/28, we came here for dinner with my family of 5. Upon arrival, they gave us a 30min wait. 40mins later we were seated. Not bad and that was ok by us.Our male server came over to us after about 10 to 15mins of us sitting and waiting to take our order and then he mentioned to us that he is filling in for our female services who should be back from break shortly (within 20mins). He didn’t bring bread and butter like they normally do. Within 5mins of us finish placing our orders, this male server brought drinks for only my kids and nothing else for the rest of us. NEVER DID HE BRING ANY BREAD, as all Cheesecake Factory normally do.Our main female waitress returned from break and walked by us numerous times with no acknowledgment that we were there. We saw her server various tables around us. Including people who were out waiting to be seated got served but we didn’t. After about 45-60mjns of waiting for our food and drinks, nothing came and at this point my kids were already crying for food due to starvation. Bare in mind that during this period, our main waitress was acknowledging and serving tables around us but ignored our existence.We got irritated and I went up to the host to inform them that we will be leaving and I will like to pay for the two (2) drink my kids received: orange juice and apple juice. Male host mentioned that he couldn’t take payment and would send our female waitress to us. At this point was when our female waitress acknowledged our presence and said “oh you are waiting for your food”. Over 60mins of sitting and waiting with ZERO acknowledgment our presence.Then at that point the food started coming out and nothing for our kids. I informed them that we are not taking the food and will be leaving. I briefly spoke to a supervisor who was at the host table about everything that had occurred and she apologized and said she will talk to the waiter and waitress. About 10mins later, our female waitress still hadn’t rang my card and given me my receipt after I had already given it to her. Eventually she did and I paid for the drinks my kids had.Even though this experience was unfortunate and not ideal, I’m grateful because we ended up going to the In n Out nearby for dinner and we only spend $50 for a lot of food for all of us. We would have likely spend like $150 to $200 plus tip at The Cheesecake Factory with such horrible service.Due to this experience, I will NEVER go to this particular Cheesecake Factory. I will also think twice before going to another Cheesecake Factory.BAD SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WAITER AND WAITRESS!

The food here is great. Large portions and generally tasty. I love the soup and salads, especially the cream of chicken soup. A bowl is especially filling. I also like the clam chowder soup, but find it way to salty for my tast. The salt overpowers the dish. Salmon is always cooked just right and the crab bites are good, but could use a tad more crab and less fillers. The service is always good. I can definitely recommend.
The food is always good. Service was okay but not the best. He would check in and then disappear for long periods of time. It was also really cold in the restaurant- colder than usual for sure. I would go here again.

Thus Cheesecake factory was decent. The host was great and professional. Once I was seated, it was a while before being acknowledged by my waiter. Not sure why, because once I was greeted, the service was again decent not great though. My meal was great, I requested to separate my alcohol from my meal for business purposes. They asked for a separate credit card to accommodate my request. Also the mens restroom was not serviced periodically, it was evident. Thank you and hope this helps.

I ordered their famous Chicken Madeira, and it was fantastic - tender chicken breasts smothered in a rich mushroom Madeira sauce served with mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus.

I originally made a reservation for my older gifriends, and myself, and one of my kids 30 mins prior to when we needed. They were kind enough, (thank you Miko), to make sure everyone was taken care of, in our entirely diverse party, and accomodate amazingly (for our normal outing of a Friday lunch group).Normally my friends would tell me to go to____(name withheld)___, or ________, but I fought for the cheesecake factory because the service of the specific location and quality of their food is absolutely the best. The service by VENNI --- thank you! Thank you MIKO for making our reservation so seemless even after I had to change it for all of our friends!THIS IS THE Cheesecake Factory that will specifically deal with every single dietary or menu request, and, do it better than any other restaurant in this area! ...Reservations, bread, no salt,--- every part about their service is great! Terrible terrible food. The shrimp and chicken jambalaya pasta didn’t even have shrimps in it. The pasta itself is soggy and flavorless. The bang bang chicken and shrimp is even worse. The chicken tasted like they were made a week ago, and they’ve been reheated million times. They tasted like rocks. There were also only 2 small pathetic shrimps. Extremely overpriced and pathetic. The server didn’t even ask how our food was. Never coming back again.

Every month me and my friends have a "girls night" where we come to the Hillsdale cheesecake factory and have dinner. The past few time we have come we have had the pleasure of being served by VENNY. If Venny isn't a lead or a manager of some kind, she needs to be and deserves a raise of some kind. She's an absolute asset to this location. Every time we come we see this girl with a huge smile on her face and serving table after table without skipping a beat. Tonight I finally asked her name because I wanted to acknowledge this young lady and tell you all how me and my friends now come to cheesecake factory in hopes to see Venny again even if she isn't serving our table. As my friend said below we are #teamvenny! Venny if you see this, keep that smile on your face girl. You are PHENOMENAL and I hope you get some kind of acknowledgement for this because you deserve it!
