The Habit Burger Grill

I do like this place good food at a reasonable price and not a huge menu. Definitely worth a try and make up ur own mind

Among the Habit stores, this store's service catches my attention. There are mainly two things I'd like to point out- The staff understands out custom orders much more easily compared to other Habit stores- Maybe other stores do too, but I appreciate that they mark each item by number and have a note that lists what each one is

Worker at the register was on his phone while on the clock. Takes my friends order and we sit to wait. I decided to take a look at the menu and was thinking about getting a milkshake. The same worker who was on his phone earlier tells me that I “need to order something” but I didn’t make a decision yet. Hearing that kind of attitude decided to change my decision and hold off on purchasing something.My friend goes up twice and each time the worker is too busy on his phone. And discourages my friend from ordering a milkshake.

Super friendly staff and always a great go to when you’re wondering what to eat because of all the great options and combos!

My go to for a good quality burger at a fair price for what you get..Lunchtime can get pretty busy.Based on visiting 3 locations so far...

Great salads!!! Just what we needed coming into town and not wanting to cook. Had it delivered and although delivery isn’t the best for most foods, salads are a no brainer. Try the green beans!!!! Bonus. Absolutely perfect!

Ordered Santa Barbara Char for in-store pick up but got an incorrect burger without avocado (the key ingredient). After calling service center, we were told to go back store for a new burger, which sounds reasonable. We did ask if we should bring the old one back, she said no. But when we drove back at about 9pm for a correct burger, we were questioned why we did not bring the wrong one back. Eventually we were only offered avocado with disrespect. Had to drive twice to get the right order and received condenscending eyes from the staff there. Very disappointed!!!

Got a very upset stomach after eating burger. The burger's quality dropped a lot recently. Meat were not fresh and vegetable spoiled.

The portion of meat is small and the vegetables is not fresh. It does not taste much better than Burger King, but you pay 3x price for it. The costumer service is terrible.

One of the best options for a quality burger and fries. Also the chicken caesar salads ?? are way better here than at other locations. Quality control is highly prioritized at this location.

I and my mother had a great experience today, in the eating of the delicious chicken burger and my mother enjoyed her double burger!And the service was great!

Tuna Sourdough is good, but packed in unnecessary plastic box. Brussels Sprouts were soggy and bland. Standard bun is very sweet.

Great people and service and also great food ?. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Also very clean and courteous people.

The staff is super friendly. The food taste is incredible. We visited it because it was a special day for me and my family and this experience was just amazing. For people who cannot eat meat, the Impossible burger is an excellent choice. Also, you should try the onion rings and the Strawberry-Lemon drink. I highly recommend this place!

Just found this location recently hidden by Whole Foods in San Mateo. Clean establishment COVID friendly Great Customer Service.
