Try to go here at least twice a year for special occasions and usually have great service and food. This time I should have listened to the other reviews recently. Took forever to get drinks (had to ask numerous times), they didn't have chilled beer, ran out of bread and used tortilla chips (that'd be nachos,not fondue. Also not the first time that's happened with the bread). Just not a great experience this time. Hope they work out whatever issues they are having of late because I love having fondue.

Our experience at The Melting Pot was wonderful. The wait staff was friendly and helpful to a fondue newbie, and the owner was as well. The food was delicious and fun! It all made for a great dinner to celebrate my birthday, and I will definitely come back for more!
