Ordered delivery for Chicken and Cabbage bowl with extra chicken + green smoothy. It was so DELICIOUS! As a healthy eater and meal prepper I struggle to find healthy eats while traveling. This had the perfect blend of healthy and tasty. I am also glad I went with extra chicken (a single serving wouldn’t have been enough). If you are looking for a protein rich meal I recommend adding on. I would say with the extra chicken serving. This will now be my go-to place for delivery.
Our office does food delivered by forkable. This week we had option to chose from umami express and I was pleasantly surprised with its food - healthy - with heirloom and brown rice, chopped veggies and pulled chicken. I prefer chicken cubes over pulled chicken, but I still liked the dish and will order from Umami express again.

Granted this is a ghost kitchen, the food was really solid at a "ghost kitchen" price on door dash. For me, the ingredients seemed fresh, as opposed to what the other reviews are saying. Would recommend.

Husband loves this place, gave it a try. Ordered for pickup. Which is a warehouse with food lockers, a scary and dirty waiting room for delivery drivers and a computer system to log your order. I tried to type my name as it asked, couldn’t find my order. Tried to call the number provided got a voice mail. The “attendant” at the desk had a sign that said “we’re not here but will be back” I waited 8 minutes, no assistance until the attendant walks by me to put food in a locker and asked if I needed help. When I said yes, he informed me, in a very sarcastic tone, my food was in locker 11.I got my food. It was mediocre at best.

My wife said don't ever order here again. And why else are you ordering healthy unless your wife wants it? It's not a restaurant. It's like a warehouse door dash set up. It's not good. It's not "heaps of fresh vegetables" as they say. Their wagyu isn't good. Their chicken is bland. Their greens are ice berg lettuce. I think the menu was designed by the auto body shop next door.
