Small pretzel dogs were good, tasty and buttery but didn't like burnt hot dogs that were place on bottom of bag. Sales person was friendly and professional. Clean area.

Terrible service. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, 3 feet from a worker, and was completely ignored. Not so much as a hello. Would be nice to know if they were open or not, as the hours stated that they opened at 10am, and it was 10:50am. Thanks for nothing.

Whenever I return an online Macy's purchase, I scoot right out the Macy's side door and into the mall doors where golden lights of Wetzel's Pretzels illuminates my way to some delicious buttery goodness! The staff are so kind and friendly here! Always smiling ready to assist me with some of those addicting dog bites and pizza bites! Warm, soft, fresh and toasty! I love the bites menu items. Perfect in a cup for walking around or in my case, hopping right back in my ride headed home. They travel well. The regular sized pretzel dogs are equally good. Hot juicy dog blanketed in warm, soft pretzel loving! They also have a variety of slushy ice drinks. Blue raspberry, cola, tropical are a few. Their latest menu item is s'mores bites! Cheers! Stop by for some buttery bites!

You can't go wrong with soft, buttery, warm carbs from Wetzel's Pretzels. Some places do get it wrong by over cooking them and making them very hard. I got a good batch. I went mid-afternoon so the mall wasn't that busy so I didn't have any issues with a long line or terrible service. I was in and out in no time. It's a nice mall with a big food court and a good amount of seating. There is also space outdoors if the weather is good. Review #49 of 100 in 2023.

Haven't had Wetzel's in years, not since my retail employee days. Came here with the family on a Sunday and decided to treat the kids as well as myself by ordering one of their cheese pretzels and an order of their wetzel bites (paired with their cheese sauce, of course). The food was just as delicious as I remembered it - super heavy but so savory and amazing. They give you a ton of wetzel bites in one order, I think it's best to get at least 2 of the sauces to make sure you have enough.

It is a very cute place. The service is quick as long as they don't need to make anything. The food are AMAZING, they're just not good for you.This is a pretty good pretzel place! It has buttery and extremely greasy pretzels! Just make sure not to come if you are on a diet.

What can I say? Staff is super rude and condescending. They claim to make cheesy bagel dog bites to order but every time my wife and I go there to order them they say they don't have any and fight tooth and nail NOT to make them. This has happened 3 times in the last few months. Every time we go there. This last time they also proceeded to talk crap in Spanish to one another about NOT making the order and saying "I didn't want to make them", then proceeded to laughed about it. I'm Asian but I understand Spanish, lady. What the hell is wrong with you!? Like when you go to a nail salon and the ladies talk crap about you. lol Another time they told us to go downstairs to the other WP. Why? They had the small hot dogs out on the counter, the dough and cheese. Why do we have to go downstairs? When we ordered something that they had in their case and asked for mustard, we got 1 packet. Not the dipping sauce, the small packet that is a tsp size. Will NEVER come back here. Whoever owns this joint needs to get a handle on their staff. This is ridiculous. Went from my favorite place to my most loathed. We grew up here (in our 40's) and this is one of the worst spots in Hillsdale Mall in decades. This review wasn't based on one experience that so many people would post about, this is our 3rd time in just a few months. We tried multiple times.

The workers are rude and never seem like they are willing to help at all. I had issues with redeeming something on the app and one of the workers was making faces at me. I've had issues in the past and they were more accommodating but this time around, they didn't care to help me. I will definitely not come back

What a fantastic experience. I tried the Pepperoni Pretzel and I loved it. I highly recommend Wetzel's Pretzels for a quick lunch and it's big enough to share if you just want a few bites.Great job guys!
